As I had a business relations with u in past, I had some pending bills which I had to received from bank, but till now I dident received any amt, & whenever I go to the branch, I dident get any satisfactory answer,
& even though there is no responsible person to take such kinds of follow up.
Sir due to this i feel that bank is only to take & nothing to give, the amt of my bills are only RS 35000=00 Approx. this is not very much big amt for me & u both, but there is a very thin line of faith which can be broked at any time.

I am your creadit card holder and my A/c no. is [protected] due to your executive's fault unnecessary charges put on my card . when i check my statment i denied to pay this charges and i say that i will pay only that amout which i puchased or used after long time your staff agree to waveoff this charges . But I can't faith on bank becauseof your staff i told clearly that i will pay only Net using amout at the time of taking settelment letter . And i do same Now i have settelment letter but sms or call regulary incoming for receiving unnecessary charges. PLEASE GIVE ATTENTION TO THIS WORDING

Bill No. 820 MBK B, C, D 4th July, 2008 - Due dare 21st July, 2008 - Rs. 2, 696.00 but we have Purchase for Rs. 1, 348.00 and you have charge twice on my bill.

Bill No. 746 MBK A, B, C 4th August, 2008 - Rs. 1, 522.38 (Rs. 2, 696.00 + 174.38 - 1, 348.00 = Rs. 1, 522.38) But we have done the payment on time before due date of Rs. 1, 348.00 (dt.19th July, 2008) which I have Purchase.

You charge till today extra charges for late payment but we already done the payment before due date.

I request you to please don't send me again and again additional charging bills, othewise I destroy the card. Clear my balance.

Kindly refer my house loan no. LBCHE [protected]. I have foreclosed my house loan vide 1st cited reference and received the PD cheque in 2nd reference.
While contacting the ICICI Bank, Home finance, Anna Nagar Branch, Chennai for receiving the original documents (No:257) on 03.12.08, the first page of the original sale deed was found to be missing. They have requested some time for searching the paper in the Mumbai Office & till then they have kept the other papers with them.
Even after a lapse of 20 days, there was no reply from the branch. Again I sent a written complaint to Mumbai Office at Bandra Kuda Complex. I have not received any reply from this office Then I have made a complaint to customer care through E-mail vide 4th cited reference for which I have received a return mail requesting me to contact the nearest ICICI home finance department. Again I have approached the Anna nagar branch at Chennai and they have replied that the first page sale deed could not be traced.
Now I could not enjoy the benefits of foreclosure and I am fed up with your irresponsible and dissatisfied activities on my complaint.
Hence I request you to take immediate action and let me get back my entire original document within 15 days from this date. Otherwise I will go for legal action.

unfortunately I have saving Account[protected].Today attemp was made through SBI ATM - Barmer - Rajasthan.( ATM ID S1AN[protected].I could with draw only Rs. 10000 .After this transcation, balance amt. was Rs. 11116.11, but next attempt of withdrawl was in vain.I got the SMS in my Cell [protected] - stating withdrawl of Rs. 10, 000 but real transcation has not taken place.
Since last two hrs, i am getting Help line busy.
ICICI customer care takes half and hr. to get the registration.If this is a situation of a literate person, what is about a poor villager ? this is happening frequently and I am fad up with ICICI.I fail to understand why Mr. Kamat / Ms. Kochar is turning blind eye on such issue ? Customer care should have direct access number instead of existing laburinth system?
I don't when I will get my money back ?

Dear Sir,
On 31-3-09, I've Drawn only Rs. &700/- from CORP Bank ATM-COBNO57804, Porur Branch.
But when, I wanted to draw money on 01-4-09, from ICICI Bank ATM, I took a mini statement.
To my surprise, I found there are two entries showing Rs. 700/- and Another Rs. 700/- as drawn.
I must have a balnce of Rs. 1064/- after the 31-3-09 transactionm, but now I have only Rs. 364/-
is only available as balance. Pl. arrange to correct my balnce immediately.

My Loan Account No. is LTBNG[protected]. I had purchased a two wheeler 20 months back, with a loan from ICICI and the instalments were 1, 591 x 22 months. I have already paid 20 instalments and only 2 are due and I have to get an N.O.C. from the Bank after clearing the balance 2 instalments. But all of a sudden today I got a letter from your Bank, stating that there are some pending dues against this loan account and I have to visit the nearest Retail Asset branch to know the amount to be paid. By seeing this I was shocked because at the time of buying the vehicle the ICICI personnel only gave me the figures and also they have deducted the Insurance amount also for this loan. And that too in such a big page they can't even say what is the matter and what money is pending and why?, but coolly give a number to contact. When I contacted the Karnataka number i.e. [protected], from my landline I was not able to get any information even after following their instruction upto 5 minutes. This is the way they treat their customers, who are paying a huge interest and that too without any default. I am telling you ICICI, the amount was processed by you only and I have paid everything accordingly. If I don't get the N.O.C. by the end of May 2009, when I complete the last re-payment of loan, then you all have to face the consequences. I cannot pay any amount whatsoever. about Before one month i have send a mail for getting my certificate of deduction of home loan A/c for the purpose of I.T. yet today I have not received it so far.
