I am using a credit card since last 6 year...in 2007 went to USA due to some work...so i asked to bank to make settlement and close my credit card service...they said you have to pay 72k for settlement in three installments...i have paid but problem got created that my last installment got little late... so i came back now and bank still said my dues are pending...is this the way you treat your customers.. now bank is saying to make settlement again of due amount which is now 70k...tell me what should i do now. or you can call me at my number [protected], i'll provide you full information of my credit card.
Please take action soon about this issue because i am going back to USA again...

RESPECTEDSIR, I state convenor of [DLM]dalit human rights activities and [ED] of people's rural education and social service trust of tamilnadu bringing the problem of my advisor s.palanichamy residing at karur[dt].my advisor has running a complex in karur town.The complex which is in the name of my advisor's wife left for rent in the year 2008 for a enterprises named kunju which had the head quarters office in coimbatore and the enterprises had brought loan from icicibank and was doing the buisness in karur in the year nov 2008 in the complex of my advisor In due case of not repaying the loan the bank has seizedthe movable and immovable properties of the kunju enterpriseas in coimbatore.The kunjuenterprises in karur branch was also siezied and sealed with in my advisor's complex with the help of police and karur thasildar with out the acknowledgement of my advisor s.palanichamy.it is locked for eleven months and the cost, rent and recogonization of the complex is going.and the bank had pasted a notice that premises inside the complex are hypotheicated by ICICI bank .Now the stocks belong to kunju enterprises are inside the complex. the bank still now did not tender the goods and stocks and yet now they did not releave the complex.In this issue my advisor is no way connected for the act of ICICI bank then why should he bear the following losses.1.loss for the rent for eleven months .2.cost and recogonizatoin of complex is decreasing.3.he is been affected by means of health and he is also a heart patient.Thus the all India consumer complaints forum ,RBI council and social citizens of India should immediately interfeare inthis issue and condemn the ICICI bank to necessary action to reopen the complex of my advisor in the name of justice give justice to my advisor s.palanichamy.

Today 04.01.2010 I gone to Chenglepet ICICI BANK to give the ECS forms to there, (already you have mentioned "you can visit any of our nearest loan servicing branch and submit fresh set of ECS mandate forms along with cancelled cheque and SPDCs for providing the updated CBS A/cs nos" but the ICICI bank employer told to you should go to Ambathure branch or Mountroad branch, here its not possible toprocess. My Residence is at Maraimalai nagar and the nearest bank is the Chenglepet only. pls do needful for me.

i am calling 11 time for icici coustmer care my seving account stetment but not send my mail id so my not happy your servic
I am an account holder in the icicibank west mamabalam branch. [branch 6023]I began online payment for my TNEB bill payment. When I filled the trancsaction password I got for the second time duly changed as per your instructions it was locked and my user ID disabled. I went to my banch and applied for transaction password two weeks before and I was told that I will receive the same at home. When nothing such happened I was told to contact the customer cll centre. What the operator spoke I was not able to understand the English and when I repeatedly said about my tansaction password to be reset the operator said that I should apply thro website. I applied just now. I opened my sb account with ICICI bank on 22/08/2009 and I was able to operate the net banking without any trouble till november 09 The trouble started only when I strarted my bill payment for TNEB and transaction password was locked.For unclocking it I am unable to troubleshoot.yet.

But to my great surprise when I produced the card in a shop after purchasing a product, it was declined while swapping. later on I got a message in my mobile stating the card declined for negative balance in my a/c.
Its highly shocking as there had been no past dues with any of my ICICI Bank Credit cards.

card to my King Fisher Gold card but only for the AMWAY Credit Card. It only shows how stuborn your staff are. They dont want to give what the customer needs but only what they wish to give.As if the customer is at their mercy. I am saying this because on a previous ocasion when I aplied for ICICI Mutual Funds my aplication got rejected only because staff insisted to fill in the aplcation form. The cheque got cancelled and the charges were debited to my acount. In realty the fault lies with your staff but I got peanalised for no fault of mine. Had you penalised your, he would have improved in his efficency. Now I feel that the credit card should be cancelled, because your staff are very fond of victamising its customers.
