Dear Sir,

I have deposited a cheque No104978 for Rs.5185 against credit Card No.[protected] on 9.03.09 at Hyderabad but the same has been encashed by the bank on 30.03.09 the reason for not accounting the cheque is not known to me. I have been charged late payment fee, Service tax and interest for delay payment which is not correct. The Bank should not penalised me for their fault and invest the case where delay occured in the Bank. Hope Bank will take care my of request and waived the amount charged extra.

For the last 3 months I have been sending mails to ICICI bank Hr department regarding written reference for previous emp verification, The Hr department of ICICI bank neither responds to emails nor they attend telephone calls, They also don't stamp the experience letter's issued to their staff. I am also in the Hr department of Royal Bank of Scotland, We have a lot of staff here whose previous employment was with ICICI bank, its a highly negative attitude. Cause of their attitude the staff has to suffer.

I yesterday went to the i.c.i.c.i.bank A.T.Msituated at Godda, Jharkhand to withdraw Rs4000/(Four thousand rupees) through my S.B.I ATM card where the bank guard was present i inserted my card and made all instructed enteries correctley but i couldnot get money but i received only a printed advice showing withdrawl of Rs 4000/.I am a judicial officer posted at civil court Godda. Yesterday my daughter was seriously ill and at that time i had no money in my pocket hence i went to withdraw money from A.T.M TO meet the urgent need.Firstly i along with my orderly Raju kumar chaubey went to A.T.M S.B.I Godda where i found the guard on duty shutting down the A.T.M.He told me that it will be open after tow hours because there is no money.Then i had no option but to appoarch another A.T.M.At Godda there are only tow A.T.M the another one is of I.C.I.C.I.When i approached the manager of the bank he told me go from there he could not do any thing and instead of healping he misbehaved with me.I came back to my office and after duty hours at 2.30 hours i along with one of my staff namely uddesh mondal went to the office of the chief manager S.B.I Godda who said publicly to me that i was not the first person to suffer rather several customers had already been cheated by this I.C.I.C.I Godda branch.I lodged F.I.R before Town police station Godda against I.C.I.C.I Godda branch officials, staffs, guard on duty.The police has registered the F.I.R and investigating the matter.To my experience this I.C.I.C.I Bank is a fraud institution involved in grabbing the public money.
