in aug2007 i opened NRI account in ur hazratganj lucknow branchdepositing 18000 INRby draft from al-rajhi bank riyadh(DD NO61488501, DATED.[protected], My cust id, 51505883, ACCOUNT NO[protected] but my account was not activated, this yearagain during my visit to india went to that branch, they told me now this account cant get activated, i requested for return of my money or dd, but MR DHEERAJ SHARAN urnri relationship manager told me that dd is missing u can get ur dd cancelled by giving dd no&date in rajhi bank riyadh.
now i m in riyadh &they r asking for memo from manager icici bank or dd per se.sir kindly do needful so that i can get my money back &open new accout at icici balrampur(native town)

Sir, I am having credit card no. being [protected] and [protected].Against these credit cards some amount was advanced to me telephonically without any interest & any pre-condition payment of which has since been made without any default.But your bank is issuing inflated monthly statements showing late payment charges and intt. on late paytt converting 0% interest to 100% intt.During the month of March-08 I have made Full and Final settlment with your bank & this has been certified that Account is fully settled & there will be no further dues then a legal notice has been served to me.I fail to understand that why references made to your bank are not being replied.To my querries made to your Hyderabad office, Bombay office &now to Delhi Office not even aline in reply has been recieved.So it is my humble request to secrutinise your record and reverse all outstanding amtt and finally issue me a NIL statement. My relationship with ICICI bank is nearly 6-7 years. I am having two SB accounts[protected]jointly with my son) and[protected]. I have made a standing request to send me quarterly statements for these accounts for which the bank must be charging me from my account. The bank used to send quarterly statements and an annual statement (1st April to 31st March). But this service has deteriorated over the last two years when receipt of these statements has been erratic. For last year (1/4/07 to 31/3/08) no quarterly statement or annual statement were received from the bank. I personally visited the nearest branch (Sector 50, NOIDA) but they say they can provide for last six months but only on payment Rs 112 for each account. My argument that the bank had not sent me these statements which it ought to have sent fell on deaf ears. My request to the customer care also met with the same fate. With the result, the bank is keeping information on all transactions on these accounts to itself without telling the customer. That much for customer care. Again on these accounts the bank provided me with debit card. In one case( Ac 7325) it did not provide the pin no., and in the other (Ac 0342) the pin no provided does not operate. Indeed the bank is fast losing its customer faith. It is a pity that the senior functionaries in ICICI bank do not care leaving everything to the phone-attender in the customer care.

I have applied for credit card 4 months ago but still i didn't get.

i am the card holder of yr bank vida no [protected], my problem is that yr bank has promised that who so ever did the transactions more then 30, 000/- with three months, will get the bag from the bank, i had made several inquires to yr call centre, in the month of may and june, they allways say that you will receivred with in 5 days, 10 days and so on. i am fedup, listonig this answer now and then . please look into this, as yr bank goodwill at stake.

i'm nt rec. my statement since april, i'm having my a/c with maratha mandir branch, it's one of the worst branch of icici bank. staff are very rude with the customer, insted of attending the customer query they mostly engage in their mobile phone and chatting with their coulees I request you to look into this matter as i'm very much harassed with this branch.

MY credit card no is [protected] and my issue is that my card limit was Rs.30, 000 and i used around Rs.26, 000 and i got statement only one yime and this statement many more extra charges are showing many time i contact with your call center but i did't get any positive responce from your side and now i got messege tht my total outstanding amount is Rs.45, 000 i am a middle back ground person i can't pay that type of charges i can pay only my actul bill, so plz give me positive reply

I have issued the cheque No228197 dt.10.06.08 for Rs.579/- to my icici credit card account.that amout Rs579/- also debited my account on 10.06.08 . as per icici credit card statement dated 21.06.08 the above cheque amount was not realised and inform to me that penality amout including Rs 1631.51 /-dues immediately.

Today ICICI customer care person called me and told me like i have been selected for Helth card from ICICI lombard. I told the person that i am not interested in it. But he told like he cant cancel it from his side and asked me to do it when i get the card. I told him again and again that i dont want any such thing policy / card. When he explained the offer he just said its a 3 lakh policy valid for 2 yrs and EMI of Rs 640. Hearing that i started arguing even escalated to his TL that i dont want it. Then he too said that he cant help me. He said for authuntication two more people will call me. As he said some people called and asked my details. I provided them, but suddenly i got a SMS that Rs 13, 595 has been debited from my credited. I called up and spoke with the credit card and lombard department. Their response was too bad and i am very much depressed. I feel like i was cheated. I want you to take action immediately otherwise i may escalate or close all my accounts and transactions with you bank. I need a response for this mail.

I NIKHIL THAPAR is holding a saving account in ICICI BANK BAREILLY & is unable to operate my A/c through internet banking as your site www.icicibank.com is not working.

I was tried several times to send a complaint regarding non crediting of a IPO refund, but in the format window one of the mandatory thing is "date of transaction", but that does not accept anything at all, neither the calender there works nor I am able to type the date there so the the complaint does not get submitted. Y such things are being done. Who knows ?!
