I am an Indian living in the USA.My ICICI account is in India with Maratha Mandir Branch, Mumbai.Due my inability to operate this account while abroad it became dormant.I treid to get this activated and called up ICICI call centre.My old father went to their branch in Patna too to find out how to get it activated.I was told to submit documents to maratha m. branch, which i did by post and sent an e-mail too containing scanned documents.however it's almost 6 months but not even a single word from them.I have tried calling again and again and my father visited their patna branch again, but now we are running in circles, while ICICI bank is enjoying my money rotting in their bank.I would recommend all NRIs to be very careful of this branch.Their service is the poorest of all banks I have ever dealt with.

Please help me.
I m trying to apply for internet banking password re-issue request from last couple of days. it always gives me hard-time either the website doesnt open or after submitting the request it says the page cannot be opened. I dint get confirmation for a single time until today. so today i applied for password re-issue request again. but fortunately I got a confirmation today and it is saying that this request has already been placed but I dont know my service request no. to track the status of my application.
can u pls help me asap.

My credit card - VISA No. [protected] expires in 09/08 and the new card sent trough Tracking No[protected]reference No [protected] sent through ELBEE has been returned by them undelivered as reported by them. Actually they did not visit my address. You are requested to send the same immediately and oblige.

Since beginning, the attitude of your bank's representative (Sumit Khanna) is been very disappointing.From last one and half months, I take personal pain to call him on each and every occasion, he even forgets to reply . I tried to explain to him that this is not done, I even warned him that if you don't give my papers on time I will complain about you to your sales manager and I made a complain, then also he did not improve. Firstly, he took three weeks to give me the R.C., and when I asked him about the EMI's Schedule he took another two weeks for that. Two weeks ago, he promised me that he will give me the certificate of the blank cheques given for ECS clearence or the photocopies of them. But he has not given anything to me. There is no value of a promise or commitment for him. Is this the way ICICI Bank has started functioning.I wonder how long it can continue. I am an old customer of ICICI Bank and I used to believe that ICICI Bank is different from others. But this very experience made me to realise that the working of ICICI Bank is like that of nationalised banks. I request you to kindly provide me the certificate of blank cheques or their photostats. And if Idon't get any reply then I will be compelled to terminate my car's insurance wih you.
My Shakti ICICI Cr. card N0. is [protected]. I received your ICICI Cr. card statement dtd.4/10/2008 for the period 3/9/2008 to 3/10/2008 on 7/10/2008 by courier. I noticed that you have charged Rs.54.22 as Interest charges & Rs.6.70 as service charges. Last statement due date was 21/9/2008 I had dropped Ch No.587628 for Rs.1, 136/- (Abhyudaya Co-op. Bank Ltd.) on 19/9/2008 at ICICI Bank ATM near Sanpada Rly. Stn., Navi Mumbai. I had paid my bill before due date, then why are you charged interest? As per your statement dtd.4/10/2008 you had received payment on 23/9/2008. Kindly deduct the abovesaid charges (Rs.54.22 + Rs.6.70 =Rs.60.92) immediately and credit my cr. card account for same amount. Now u r charging extra amount in bill. kindly credit my acoount immediately otherwise I am not interested in using ICICI credit card. Please inform me on my mobile no.[protected] or on abovesaid email ID about status of my account as early as possible, so that I can pay remaining amt. before 21/10/2008 (Due date).
My cheque 283689 dtd[protected] for Rs. 3148.98on canara bank saligramam was credited to card no [protected] instead of [protected].Moreover all the purchases made by me through card no [protected] is accounted for in [protected]only. On getting the confirmation from you that the HP card [protected] is closed by transferring the balance to future card account along with the reward points, I will destroy the HP Card no [protected]. I also find from the statement that in your statement you ask me to prepare the cheque favoring [protected] for all the purchases made through future card[protected]. Please effect the change & confirm at the earliest so that I can destroy the HP Card [protected] which I was not using at all.A line of confirmation will very much be appreciated

I am an old customer in your bank in BJ 140 Salt lake, Kolkata 700091. Due to some irregular service and due to improper behaviour of some official of this branch, I have withdrawn most of my fixed deposits that I had kept after I retired from service.
