I am an Indian living in the USA.My ICICI account is in India with Maratha Mandir Branch, Mumbai.Due my inability to operate this account while abroad it became dormant.I treid to get this activated and called up ICICI call centre.My old father went to their branch in Patna too to find out how to get it activated.I was told to submit documents to maratha m. branch, which i did by post and sent an e-mail too containing scanned documents.however it's almost 6 months but not even a single word from them.I have tried calling again and again and my father visited their patna branch again, but now we are running in circles, while ICICI bank is enjoying my money rotting in their bank.I would recommend all NRIs to be very careful of this branch.Their service is the poorest of all banks I have ever dealt with.

Dear Sir,

I have an account in your bank ref. no.[protected], your banker (branch 21-C, Faridabad.) has been wrongly debited my account by Rs. 393/ on 03.07.2008. as I discussed they told me that this is cheque returning a/c. I checked my account and found there was no cheque returning. why i should believe on their words, I think it is cheating because at the time of cheque presenting my account having sufficient fund. So I request you to do the needful.

My experience as a credit card holder is that this banks officials have no brains and they think the
customers are their puppets and will tolerate their irresponsible and indecent acts. I have used my
credit card for a lone and single transaction which took place in India in Indian rupees and the banks credit card departrment gave approvals for the transaction amount in indian rupees yet due to goo[censored]p and lack o[censored]nderstanding of transaction details at their end and without calling for supporting documents in support of the merchants claim, they remitted the rupee transaction amount in dollars and debited me for the foreign exchange transction fee. I lodged my complaint on 12th Mrch 2008 and it was acknowledged and given a number but more than 90 days have passed and the bank has not bothered to settle my account. I had written to Mr K Kamah CEO to look into this matter since the bank has failed to respect the law of the land where a transaction in Indian rupees cannot be settled in dollar currency and the bank ought to have paid out the amount exactly in the currency in which they gave approval on the day of the transaction. Mr K Kamath has not even bothered to acknowledge my
complaint because he also feels that his customers are buffalos. This can happen only in India and
that too in the most leading bank in private sector in India. What a shame that we credit card
holders have to pay for the whims and fancies of ICICI oficials and their anti customer way of working standards. I am yet to get refund of the excess charge and I feel I will have to file a writ against the
CEO in the courts against ICICI if they fail to settle my claim. Beware of this banks anti customer
approach and ill conceived ways of working style of its managers and executives. What a shame that
we in India have to deal with such banks ??????????????????
Disgusting bank in Indian History of private banking
Iam a platinum card holder using the card since its issue quiet regularly.I have been receiving my monthly statement at my residential address but the last statement has not been received till date. I have spoken to the call center atleast four times and the answer is same that we have noted ur request. I think staff sitting at the center seems to be having no idea they answer like illeterate people, its a sorry state of affairs. My payment reords can be checked I have always paid my bill much before the due date and then u get this type of terrible response. Kindly look into this otherwise I wil be forced to surrender my card. My card number is [protected].
I am unable to open icicibank.com & icicidirect.com sites since

I have a salary account with your bank, at chinchwad branch, pune. Due to my personsal reason I have closed my salary a/c. as on 21/07/2008. for this purpose I have follow all the legal formalities to close a salary a/c. I have submitted aform of a/c closer in Pune's Dnaynesh mangal Karyalaya's branch, In the hands of your accepting offcer Mr. Ashwin Deshpande on the date 21/07/2008.
Still I got the letter No. ICBK/2008/0001, dated 1st Aug, 2008, from your 'LANDMARK' race course circle, vadodara-390007, India, about turn your a/c from a salary a/c to a regular customer saving a/c.
I saw the letter adress as ICICI bank limited, Central mailing room, Post Bag No. 10095, GPO Mumbai- 400001.
SO I request you to look after the matter and Please do not send me any more letters.

form past one year i am trying to find the callcenter number in saudi arab or in india. actully i have a problem with my login service i have forgoten my password. and i was trying to contact with the callcenter in riyadh. but i cant fine the office is colosed the naibouse told. in Talemoney from where i have opend my icici account the customer care is not available. i am just sending money to india that all i dont have any proof that they r reciving the money or not untill i or my father checks the balance.

I am demat a/c holder bearing no.IN[protected] which is kept d-activated since las 11 months without my fault.KYC documents are submitted three times as required by icici bank, requested on phone several times, complaint lodged to customer care icicicare=[protected].but rcieved very sad result.
