I have paid in full for Getz Prime Gls yesterday. However, I found that the dealer was charging Rs 33000/- for registration of the vehicle. I enquired and found that the charge was Rs 18000/- for individual owners and Rs 20000/- for vehicles to be registered in name of a company.
I told the dealer to reduce the said charge, which he refused. Then i requested him to give me delivery of the unregistered vehicle or provide me papers so that I may myself get the vehicle registered. They refused. I was forced to pay Rs 6000/- to obtain temporary registration (the official charge is about Rs 2000/-).
They were totally adamant in spite of all my pleadings. I took pains to point out that what they were doing was illegal and all customers were being duped. This made them more adamant, and their behaviour was to the point of rudeness. They informed me that this was common practice among all dealers and all customers paid up without any problem.They also hinted that margin of profit being low, the dealer was forced to such practice.
For the past 10 years I have been a faithful Hyundai customer. But yesterday's experience was really awful. I felt 07805cheated and left with a bad taste in my mouth.
I booked the vehicle vide receipt no MR 07805 [Rs25000/-]and made final payment yesterday vide money receipt No 39 [Rs 380900/-] by cash.
I await your response in the matter.

HMIL guys are not trust worthy same as thier products.

Don't buy Hyundi cars any more as thier product and people are not rust worthy.

All - suggest contact JD Power to update your feedbacks about Hyundai cars and you have been cheated by thier vendors and HMIL guys.

Suggest move to consumer court also.

If any one would like to give it another try with Hyundai guys then write Mr Arvind Saxena @ [email]arvind.[protected]@hmil.net[email] (VP Sales) and MD and CEO Mr H W Park @ [email] h.w.[protected]@hmil.net [email]. I am not sure how helpful these guys would be to you but be open to move to rating agencies and consumer court to let these guys understand that as a CUSTOMER we also have some rights and with whom we can also raise our voice.

I am also like you, who bought a VERNA brand new and ever since i have been struggling with HMIL (Hyundai Motor India Ltd) guys but when thier intentions are WRONG they will not help you

After 10 months of struggle i have decided to go to Media, Consumer Forum and JD Power and other rating agencies to lt the world know that HMIL guys are FAKE and CHEAT.

I Purchased an i 10 from LR Automobile, Kaithal (Haryana) on 28/09/09 & assured a corporate/Govt. employee rebate from Company lateron. All the papers provided to the dealer. I have proof of submission of papers and a letter from dealer, about delay if any, in Regn. of car attributable to them.The agency delay dallying the case.I lodged my complaint at HMIL, Customer Care but this is of no use. The HMIL, Chandigarh office to whom I contact assuring me that the rebate would be allowed by May, 2010 and they got the papers.They also talked with dealer several times. The dealer(Mr. Kalra, SM) asked my bank A/C details in May, 10 with the commitment that amount would be credited in my account by first week of June, 2010. Now the dealer claims that customer did not ask for this rebate on purchase. The HMIL Chandigarh office says the dealer did not punch the rebate in bill which is not my responsibility. The amount involved is not a big thing but the issue is of commitment/business ethics and cheating by such a big Company and their MD email h.w.[protected]@hmil.netfor this small amount which I never imagined and pity the company and its dealership. I regret my decision to deal with HMIL and ignoring the leader the MARUTI.
Can you please take up this issue with HMIL and get redressal.

I have purchased the said car (VIN- MALAM51BLFM624700 ) from the above mentioned dealer on 03.06.2015, which was a very bad day for me, as after purchase the car I faced lots of problems in running the said car as few are 1. Car is not taking pick-up, 2. On continuous running mode, the car speed automatically gets reduced
6.The car is stretching, in any way means that there will not be any control on the steering--This is very serious issue and it may cause a major accident. If any cause occurs due to this the Hyundai Company is responsible to bare all the life damage charges and things, Now, From the same day when I went to my house after taking possession of the car on 03.06.2015 evening at 18:00 Hrs., all problems has been started. Hence, on very next day I have lunch complaint[protected], I did not received call. I did not get any response till 09.05.2015Therefore, I kept my car at your Hyundai show room till the mater is not been resolved by replacement of car.

This is to you inform that, I your valuable customer I using your santro xing & i20 car of your brand, I was deposited my Santro car DL 3s BV 9286 for clam in Mahadev Hyundai In Faridabad, before 3 days ago.

They don’t want do to any work on it & ride my car outside the showroom. They want to charge for the window door biding for me & not changed the bidding. They are making fool me.

Even a have rase a complain regarding this problem with services manager of Mahadev Hyundai. But unfortunately he don’t take any action on it.

Requested you to please take a action against the mahadhev Huyndai Faridabad. Hope you will understand my problem & revert me ASAP.

Satisfied with the Car Design, Interior & Aesthetics - However the performance of the Vehicle is not at all satisfactory.

Besides the mileage being TOO less & Maintenance costs being too high, we have now been advised Engine Overhaul even though the vehicle is driven just under 60, 000, Kms.

Though the Car is purchased 7 Years Back, we are sure the Engine wear & Tear is associated with the Engine running, rather than the No of Years & we do not expect the Engine to go bad since the vehicle has been used for just 60K Kms

To the best of our knowledge Petrol Cars should not require any Engine Overhauling before ATLEAST 2, 00, 000 Kms .

Our family has used Diesel Cars of Ford / Maruti & have not encountered any such problems even after running more than 2, 00, 000 Kms, that too in Diesel

Though we have raised our concerns & requested for Engine Overhaul Free of cost since our Car is sparingly used, single hand driven, regular maintenance done - through Hyundai Showrooms only) - we have been given an estimate of Approx Rs 50 K - Rs 60 K, by Modi Hyundai Thane

Considering the above facts, we request Hyundai Motors Management to take up the responsibility of accepting deficiency in the Engine of MY VEHICLE (MH 03 AM 8958)

The Company of Coimbatore, Chandra Hyundai located at Avinasi Rd.

I have sent several mails regarding my Hyundai- Verna Car (Register No TN 66 J 6527) which is in your Service Point –Chandra Hyundai for the past four months due to the problem of dark and oily oversmoke and which has not been rectified till date. As I mentioned in my earlier mails I have reported the problem with my vehicle on[protected] and your service department delivered the vehicle without sorting out the exact fault where as I dropped my vehicle again on[protected] for the same complaint again which was registered and mentioned on the Job Card by your Service Technicians on the same day. After a fortnight they promised me that they have rectified the smoke problem with the vehicle where as I found the problem not rectified while I was given a test ride and I showed the smoke to your mechanical team directly which they accepted and promised me that they would clear the problem within two days. Again on 1-8-2015 I left my vehicle in Chandra Hyundai reporting the same defect but I didn’t get any proper response till the end of August Month and I have been ringing to Your Service Advisor Mr.Krishnakumar and Service Engineer Mr.Jehu who are still in charge in Chandra Hyundai, for which I regret to say that both didn’t give proper response or reply nearly for a month. I have mentioned all these details in my early mails which I have sent on July, Aug and Oct.The Service Engineer Mr.Jehu called me up after a month and said that the problem is with the Engine and the Warranty Time has expired, they can’t do anything and the shocking news was that they have recorded my complaint on[protected] where as I have left my vehicle before the expiry date of Warranty for which I have the proof. Mr.Jehu, the service Engineer requested me to give him two more days time again to diagnose and rectify the defect after which I didn’t get any proper reply till day before yesterday and now they are saying that the black oily over smoke spitting of the vehicle is not abnormal and it is the specification of this type vehicle. Yesterday I was invited by the Service Engineer to present the above said and I asked the following questions as below.
1)I have left the Vehicle on 1-8-2015 and they have carried over my complaint to their records only on[protected] as per the Statement of the Service Engineer Mr.Jehu. Does the authentic service point act like this…Is this not a very lagging attitude on the part of the service department?
2)After walking all along the corridors of Chandra Hyundai nearly for three months they are giving the reply that they have diagnosed that the problem is with the Turbo and when I asked Mr.Jehu to give it in writing he begged me to give him two more days time and this happened in September first week. But now the Service Engineer and the General Manager (Service) is giving the statement that it is not abnormal in the vehicle and nothing more to do with this. I just want to know which Statement is correct whether the Problem with the Turbo as quoted by your Service Engineer Mr.Jehu earlier on September first week or the New Joint Statement given by the GM-Service and Mr.Jehu Service Engineer day before Yesterday.
3)Does the Trained Mechanical Crew of Hyundai Motors need nearly about 150 days to sort out the mechanical defect with the Vehicle?
4)Each and every time when I went to Chandra Hyundai your Service Department is presenting me variable mechanical reasons as their Statements are totally controversial and now they say that the specification is itself like that. I just want to know whether spitting dark black oily smoke which my vehicle spits after running just limited kilometers is the specification of this model vehicle and this limitless smoke emitting vehicle is acceptable under Indian Motor Vehicles Act ?
5)My warranty period expired on[protected] and I have reported Your service department on[protected] and repeatedly continuously till July month. Particularly on[protected] I strictly I reacted for the poor response of your mechanical department and then only they registered my actual complaint after which I have been dragged till September first week. How can this be justified and is this the way and attitude of HYUNDAI MOTORS towards Indian Consumers?
6)Nearly for the past five months my vehicle is in your workshop kept idle without any action and I have been paying the EMI of my vehicle continuously for the vehicle which is not used and utilized by me. Who will bear with this inconvenience caused to me whether the Hyundai Motors India Limited or Chandra Hyundai-Coimbatore?
7)Your Mechanical department asked me just two days time to sort out the defect when I left the vehicle in the Garage for which I used Private Taxi for my business trips. But nearly they have dragged me for more than four months and I have been using Taxi and Private Cabs for which I have spent at an average of Rs3000/- per day and approximately it comes around Rs.3 50 000/-(Three and half lakhs) for this dragged period. Who will bear this expense whether the Hyndai Motors India Limited or Chandra Hyundai-Coimbatore?
8)If the contents in the mail sent to me by one of your Customer Relation Officer Latha Lakshmi (as the designation mentioned in the mail)on[protected], is hundred percent fact, then why did your Sales Promotion Team prescribed me this Vehicle which could not be run on the Indian Roads according to motor vehicles regulation Laws of this City?
9)Apart from all these things when I was expressing my dissatisfaction in the Chandra Hyundai they lodged a complaint to the B-4 Police Station of Coimbatore and we were thrown out of the office using Police force. Is this the way of dealing with any un satisfied customer by an authentic Reputed Management?Is this the Relationship that Hyundai keeps and maintains all over this Nation?
10)I am the person affected and I have all rights to enquire about the mess on the part of Chandra Hyundai and the Service Department appointed by the esteemed organization of Hyundai Motors as I have been the customer of Hyundai for more than three Years. Instead Your Representation wing, Chandra Hyundai here had lodged a complaint to Local Police Station and why can’t I go for Legal proceeding under Consumer Act Laws and why can’t I file a defamation Suit against Your Dealer Chandra Hyundai and Hyundai Motors for appointing such a Service Point which is completely disrespecting the Customer?
I expect you people are highly cultured and educated to understand all my points which I have mentioned here as all the presents in this mail are hundred percent facts and I have enclosed all my early mails and the mail sent from your Service Department Side. I think better things to happen in future and I expect Hyundai Values each and every customer with good regards…..I expect early response which would enable me continue the Love and Business with your Reputed Company in all future.

Dear sir,
i have bought new Xcent (Hyundai) in 28/06/2015 from M'/s Punj Motors Didwani Tikkar and his second service due at 9000 KM or before the completion of 12 months, mean time i have found one noise while going at the speed of 80 to 90 Km/hrs on constant speed and for that i am visiting one nearest Hundai Showroom on the name of Tapan Hyndai, Baddi Himachal Pradesh but they are unable to trace that noise then i asked them to check other oils etc., found engine oil in the car is very very less, not shown by gauge and then associate of Tapan has feed oil, now its the matter to think that how the engine oil before the second service is very less and why they have not highlighted that problem at point of time.this is the incident of Dated 20.11.15 and i have sent a mail to the hyndai also but they assured for a support but till yet i havn't got any call or sms for any assistance. and when on dated 24.11.15 i am visiting Tapan Hyndai for second service and they at the end of the day they unable to trace the noise problem, said to visit our solan showroom for sorting this issue and will also take day or weeks time for this issue and my request to his that please assist me with a another vehicle and they directly said no, we don't have any police.you can go then.
now you tell me, should i mistaken to buy hundai car...

Sir this is to tell u that I got my car repaired once as it got heated so I paid them Rs 31000 so again it happened while I was n tour n even I called customer care that this happen all of a sudden n then sum how I got my car at Dpm Hyundai dehradun I don't know what they did in my car I can't say, but they make my car run but I didn't got anything petfect in that nothing at al as it takes a long self to start no pickup so I ll lev Hyundai family soon as I have Verma creta but by looking at this I ll lev Hyundai I ll sell all my cars

Friends don't every buy #Hyundai Cars - Please spread the news. The quality of the products are too bad and they are cheating the customers – I bought Verna Fluidic SX (TN06K2940) within one year the car started to rust, when approached the company they told there is some batch problem in production so they will repaint and give it but I insisted for replacement of the affected part. They replied that we have treated the metal and it will not rust hence forth if so you can come back to us we will replace and give you.
I trusted the company and accepted their request – after a year again the same parts started to rust when approached the company they are telling that your warranty period is over so you are supposed to pay for it. Then they told as a special case they can bear 30% of the cost – what about the assurance that your company gave they dint have any answer for that but started repeating the same old thing like a parrot.
Please don’t buy Hyundai cars their quality is pathetic and customer support is very poor and they cheat their customers.

Really disappointed with the service provided by Sales team of Global Gallerie Wheels Pvt. Ltd. I was given a commitment for delivery of my vehicle (Grand i10 Sportz) by 17-July-2016 but today (12-July-2016) I have been informed that my Vehicle delivery will be delayed by 1 more week. I had booked the vehicle on 20-June-2016 & after receiving the full payment from my end, Sales team is postponing the vehicle delivery & not standing to their commitment. Very much annoyed by the way your Sales team (Global Gallerie Wheels Pvt. Ltd.) deal with the customers.

We had booked a Red Creta petrol S model with Mohan Motors in Kolkata Sector 5 salt lake in the name of Kariwala Marketing Pvt. Ltd. and was assured that the car would be delivered by 6th July, 16. However as per the dealer the wrong model and color was dispatched by the factory. Since then we have been following up with the dealer for the date of delivery of the car. However, they dealer has stated that the order has been placed with the factory but the factory is not able to give a date for the dispatch of the car while it has already been more than 1.5 months since we have booked the car.

Dealers docket no. is - E[protected] vide which they have placed the order with the factory. Team buying a car is an occasional event and is done with some hope and happiness but with this sort of commitment from a prestigious company like yours the fun gets spoiled.

I hope you people understand the plight and make arrangements to get the car delivered at the earliest.

I have purchased a Grand i 10. The problem is that its trip meter turns to be zero and by the time it turns to zero the car gives a feeling of being going into off mode and all the lights in the meter e.g. brake light, belt light, oil light, yellow light blinks for a second and after that trip meter turns to zero. I have lodged the complaint on 17th September 2016 but till date i.e.19th October 2016 no response is received. Where to contact for such complaints.

I am to inform that I had booked a car (Eon Delight) at M/s Krrish Motors Pvt. Ltd., Patna (scanned copy of the reciepts issued by the said firm amounting to Rs.30, 000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) is enclosed) and was supposed to take delivery of the same on[protected], after completion of car-financing formalities by ICICI Bank.

However, on[protected], I could not take delivery of the said car due to some technicalities in car financing and EMIs and hence decided to postpone the matter and buy a higher segment car in a couple of months by making the entire payment and without having to opt for car financing.

Accordingly, I asked the concerned staff at M/s Krrish Motors to refund the deposited amount of Rs.30, 000/- and also submitted the requisite application to this effect. After a few days when I enquired about the status of my refund, I was informed by Ms.Sangita that an amount of Rs.5, 000/- would be deducted from the deposited amount as cancellation charges. I was surprised at this deduction as no such clause was mentioned or explained at the time of booking. I even objected to such last minute deductions but was told that it is a company policy and on[protected], an amount of Rs.25, 000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) was credited into my account by M/s Krrish Motors Pvt. Ltd.

I was very interested in buying a Hyundai as I previously owned a Viva, an i20 and as some my friends and acquaintences own various versions of it. But this incident has left a bitter taste and if such is the company policy, I would be thinking twice before approaching any Hyundai showroom where customers are fradulantly penalized. Needless to say that I will also approach the appropriate forums for redressal of my grievance.

Hoping for a positive response and early action from your good office.

I sent my car in hyundai novelty gt road near golden gate.sir, i am very disappointed with the service. because they made me fool. i called them many times. but they said after 2 days your car will be ready but when i went the car is not ready.i visited the company many times in my busy routine. but the labour men are very lazy. they waste their time in foolish things. they prank with each other and laugh. sir, they are experienced person but take very much time to solve a problem. i think they are moody person. plz sir u also check the cctv footage i went there from 10am and returned home 6pm and i recovered my car by standing near the labour men. if i didn't do that they didn't give my car more than fifteen days. also the server was very slow it took 3hours to make my bill. it was very bad. although when i got my car the ac was not working. i again sent my car for service they recovered but next day it was again not working. sir, my car was damaged from back and only bumper was damaged. there was not any engine problem.then how ac is not working. now i am coming amritsar on my car but i feel that i am driving maruti not verna. and again i send my car in workshop.sir firstly when i gave my car the engine cover was missing when i check they told me it was not in the car when accident. they make me fool for half an hour. but grace of god service boy deepak rai who is very good man took picture of my car. in that picture my engine cover was there. then they ashamed themselves and blamed each other. also back bumper sensor three are white and one gold. which was another car i think. also i think they attached my ac accessories to other car and tell me thats is damaged. plz notice this mail. and enquiry about my car and statisfy me.i am very thankful to u. plz help me sir. there are many complains but its make my mail more lenghty. i[censored] have any enquire contact me on [protected], [protected]..i send again my car 18feb.plz notice that. thankful to u.
Me & my wife were talking to accessories person in ISHANYA MOTORS after we purchased the car. His language was extremely arrogant & Insulting. He was not bothered when I said that I will report this to the owner. Nobody gives the number of owner. If the owner earns money by selling the car then his number must be available to the customer for complaints. I have Mercedes, Tata and Hyundai cars. Only Hyundai people talk insulting with the customers. Now I am going to spread my experience on all social medias. If this continues then my opinion is not to purchase car from Ishanya Motors. And if Hyundai Motors is not committed to customer respect then better not to purchase Hyundai Car at all. It's like BUYING INSULT from HYUNDAI MOTORS and THEIR DEALERS. I really had a Third class experience.

I paid by NEFT for a Hyundai Eon on Monday and ever since I paid the salesman and the showroom - Hindustan Hyundai in Jaipur have FAILED to contact me even once to tell me about receipt of money or about status of car delivery. Delivery was promised on Wednesday but there is no clarity that it will be delivered. I am shocked by the callous nature of the sales employee who was ready to come home and meet me prior to receiving the money but will not even call me about the status of delivery after receiving the money.
On 26th of April 2018, I purchased a Hyundai i20 active (model sx) from Oja Hyundai, Guwahati, Assam but immediately on the next day on 27th of April 2018 at 9.40 p.m. the engine of the car getting stopped working while I was driving. From that place, the car was brought to my home by pushing. After lodging a complaint in the Road Side Assistance, my car was brought to a workshop after a long waiting of more than 18 hours. Will the car be replaced by a new one? How can I recommend to any one to buy a Hyundai car if the engine stops working just in the next day after buying?

Apart from three car, two was running well but one car (GJ16CB0728), having a problem of Clutch (i.e too much hard), I had complain to showroom with in one week of purchase of car to sales manager Mr.Snehal and they had asked to come showroom then I go to showroom and adviser check the car and saying that since this was new car so may be with in one month Clutch will be fine but not got fine, so in my first service also I had complain about this but adviser saying with in five month you will get Clutch fine but not got and also in Second Service, I had not found satisfactory answer from your Dealer.

In each complain, your sales manager Mr.Snehal will forwarding to Adviser but no satisfactory answer.
Since this was a manufacturing defect and I had complain about 7 to 8 times to Mr. Snehal and also adviser at time of purchase to till date but not received satisfactory answer.

Please do the needfull and revert
