I have paid in full for Getz Prime Gls yesterday. However, I found that the dealer was charging Rs 33000/- for registration of the vehicle. I enquired and found that the charge was Rs 18000/- for individual owners and Rs 20000/- for vehicles to be registered in name of a company.
I told the dealer to reduce the said charge, which he refused. Then i requested him to give me delivery of the unregistered vehicle or provide me papers so that I may myself get the vehicle registered. They refused. I was forced to pay Rs 6000/- to obtain temporary registration (the official charge is about Rs 2000/-).
They were totally adamant in spite of all my pleadings. I took pains to point out that what they were doing was illegal and all customers were being duped. This made them more adamant, and their behaviour was to the point of rudeness. They informed me that this was common practice among all dealers and all customers paid up without any problem.They also hinted that margin of profit being low, the dealer was forced to such practice.
For the past 10 years I have been a faithful Hyundai customer. But yesterday's experience was really awful. I felt 07805cheated and left with a bad taste in my mouth.
I booked the vehicle vide receipt no MR 07805 [Rs25000/-]and made final payment yesterday vide money receipt No 39 [Rs 380900/-] by cash.
I await your response in the matter.

HMIL guys are not trust worthy same as thier products.

Don't buy Hyundi cars any more as thier product and people are not rust worthy.

All - suggest contact JD Power to update your feedbacks about Hyundai cars and you have been cheated by thier vendors and HMIL guys.

Suggest move to consumer court also.

If any one would like to give it another try with Hyundai guys then write Mr Arvind Saxena @ [email]arvind.[protected]@hmil.net[email] (VP Sales) and MD and CEO Mr H W Park @ [email] h.w.[protected]@hmil.net [email]. I am not sure how helpful these guys would be to you but be open to move to rating agencies and consumer court to let these guys understand that as a CUSTOMER we also have some rights and with whom we can also raise our voice.

I am also like you, who bought a VERNA brand new and ever since i have been struggling with HMIL (Hyundai Motor India Ltd) guys but when thier intentions are WRONG they will not help you

After 10 months of struggle i have decided to go to Media, Consumer Forum and JD Power and other rating agencies to lt the world know that HMIL guys are FAKE and CHEAT.

I Purchased an i 10 from LR Automobile, Kaithal (Haryana) on 28/09/09 & assured a corporate/Govt. employee rebate from Company lateron. All the papers provided to the dealer. I have proof of submission of papers and a letter from dealer, about delay if any, in Regn. of car attributable to them.The agency delay dallying the case.I lodged my complaint at HMIL, Customer Care but this is of no use. The HMIL, Chandigarh office to whom I contact assuring me that the rebate would be allowed by May, 2010 and they got the papers.They also talked with dealer several times. The dealer(Mr. Kalra, SM) asked my bank A/C details in May, 10 with the commitment that amount would be credited in my account by first week of June, 2010. Now the dealer claims that customer did not ask for this rebate on purchase. The HMIL Chandigarh office says the dealer did not punch the rebate in bill which is not my responsibility. The amount involved is not a big thing but the issue is of commitment/business ethics and cheating by such a big Company and their MD email h.w.[protected]@hmil.netfor this small amount which I never imagined and pity the company and its dealership. I regret my decision to deal with HMIL and ignoring the leader the MARUTI.
Can you please take up this issue with HMIL and get redressal.

Hyundai / Getz Prime GLE 1.1 BH — No delivery in time

Respected sir, i have booked getz GLE 1.1 in Electric red colour one month back. Sales manager has given me commitement to hand over the car on 28th sep,09. But because some undesireble reason , they woudln't be able to give me delivery on time. Though i have given the full payment of the car to the dealer ,yet the manager is not giving me proper time when he will delivered.
Request to take some possitive steps in this direction and give me delivery of this car before 14th oct'09. Hoping for your possitivbe reply in future.

Hyundai Santro — did not get the delivery of the car

i had given my car to authorized hyundai work shop in kolkata ( saini hyundai) when my car met an accident. now a month has paased and i get no response from the company, i took the pain to visit the workshop. After seeing my car's condition i was shocked, my car engine is lying on the floor which was not required to be open. when I asked the manager,he said- "the engineer is out of the town so the work could n't be completed". I helplessly walked out the workshop. please look into the matter as this hyundai is not worth to buy it.

I am Puneet Arora a prospective Huyandi customer who dared to buy a Huyandi i10 Magna AT 1.2 from Fx Huyandi dealer Faridabad for my father on 8th Nov 2009. We visited the showroom and requested for the quotation from a Sr. Sales Executive Miss Harpreet. She explained us all deals and specifications about the car and also told us that we can exchange our 1997 model Zen AT to buy Huyandi i10. Mr. Kuldeep of Old car evaluation department evaluated our Zen AT car and quoted us a price of Rs. 65,000 and Rs. 10,000 as exchange bonus.

We agreed to the deals and asked to give us a test drive of the i10 AT car. Huyandi Fx doesn't had a AT i10 available for test drive so they asked us to visit company showroom HMT Huyandi at Mohan Co-operative New Delhi. We did the same on 11th Nov 2009 and took the test drive at the suggested showroom and returned to Fx Huyandi Faridabad on 15th Nov 2009 with complete satisfaction.

But reaching Fx Huyandi to pay the booking amount for the car, we were stunned with shock that Mr. Sunil Dhuri of Evaluation department of Fx Huyandi completly denied by saying that "WE CANNOT BUY YOUR OLD ZEN AT". It was a shocker for us and raised a question among us that what would be the quality and reliability of a Huyandi Company whose Employees are so fake and liars and can't stick to their written promises for a week even.

I want to lodge a complaint against Mr. Kuldeep, Mr. Sunil Dhuri and Fx Huyandi dealer.

Please do the needful in this case. I am also attaching the signed quotation prepared by Miss Harpreet clearly stating the exchange price of our Zen AT.

I have purchased a santro gls car in the name of Suresh Kumari W/o Sh.Bal Krishan from Godawari, Ludhiana (Punjab) on 17.04.2009 but till date exchange bonus and corporate had not received so far. I have called many times in Godawari, Ludhiana but no satisfactory reply was received to me. I have completed all the formalities within the time. Please take necessary action in the matter. Private Car ( Hyundai) — complaint against policy

General Motors India Ltd — Defective Surface Treatment on the car

Dear Sir,

I had purchased a Chevy Optra in the year 2005 on 26/01/05 under the West bengal registration no WB02 T 4843 .

About 3 months back , the paint on the car started to get swollen on all the four gates and on some body parts as well.

On observing the same , i brought it to the notice of the calcutta dealer , M/s India Automobiles from whom the car was purchased but they declined to help stating that the car was out of warranty.

When the same was brought to the notice of the EAST sales regional office , Mr Jairam( [protected]) & Mr Gagandeep ([protected]) asked me to send the vehicle at the workshop of M/s India Automobiles at Justice Madhav Ch Road , kolata and made an assessment that the doors needed replacement as the entire patch was rusty and the replacement would cost Rs 95,000 for the Two doors on one side of the car of which he agreed to re-imburse 50% from the company's side .

He could only agree to such a case as he thought deemed fit as it was a manufacturing surface treatment defect which resulted in the car's paint getting swollen and bursting into deep rust cracks and craters .

I would appeal to the Consumer forum to address this long pending issue and ask the company to replace / re-paint the car & compensate me for the harrassment for no fault of mine

Hyundai Motors - Santro — irresponsible behaviour by Hyundai and Its Dealer in paying exchange bonus

Dear Sir,

I purchased a Hyundai Santro car from Apco Vehicles India Pvt Ltd, Calicut, Kerala on 27th May 2008, and i was told that i'm eligible for exchange bonus of Rs-15000 and will recieve DD for the said amount from Hyundai. but that never happened. i brought it to their notice several times when i went for service, they gave me silly reasons for the delay, atlast i registered a complaint at the Hyundai customer care (Complaint no[protected], even then it doesnt seen working.

Kindly advice me for further action

Hyundai / I - 10 Magna — Cheating with customer after negotiation

Dear Sir,

I am working for Jaiprakash Associates Ltd (Jaiprakash Group) at Rewa(MP) . I have purchased one Hyundai I-10 Magna car from your Starline,Satna(MP) dealer on dated 06/11/2009. After few days of my booking I have booked one more car of my freind. I have some grievances from my dealer as under.

1. I have booked my Hyundai I-10 Sports car on 20/09/2009 , some family function was there in my home on 06/10/2009 and dealer committed to deliver the car on 05/10/2009. After several reminder from 01/10/2009 to 05/10/2009 they have not deliver the car on committed date and given me the next date i.e. 12/10/2009. So the main purpose of my car was lapsed. At this time also he refused to give the car and next date was 15/10/2009 and confirmed that the car has been despatched from head office and will be receive till 15/10/2009 i.e Dhanteras festival. This time also refused to give the car and suggested to take the ERA/Magna model because there is no difference in SPORTZ and MAGNA except DVD player and in compensation we will give you one DVD player. After so many time harassment I have excepted his deal and finalized to send MAGNA car. Finally car has been despatched on 06/11/2009 without Player. So I have looses approx Rs. 13000/-.

2. I have received the quotation of SPORTZ is 4.27 lacs and registration charges of Rs 23371/- . But due to this delay in between registration charges increased by Rs 7,500/-. and I have looses this amount.

3. At the time of booking of Sportz model the Magna price was 4.02 lacs given by him but that time I have no requirement of Magna , so I have not taken the quotation where as I have a quotation of your Jabalpur dealer of Rs 4.02 lacs .After receiving the Magna car agent have submitted the quotation of Magna car of Rs 4.07 lacs directly to my SBI bank without any information, and taken the payment from bank. which was wrong, So in this case I had looses Rs 5000/-.

4. He had given me some discount as under in plain paper.

1. Corporate discount of Rs 2000/- - Till date not received
2. 5 basic assesaries or cash discount of Rs 2500/- - Till date not received Received
3. Rs 5000/- discount+ 5 basic assesaries + Teflon coating (Approx 10000/-) - Till date not received
(This negotiation was done separately by agent/Manager
after confirmation of Starline Manager which
we have in writing in plain paper)

As per deal finalized by him they should complete all the things.

So I have looses approx Rs 40000/- (13000/+7500/--+5000/-+2000/-+2500/-10000/-).


After several reminder with agent/Manager I have not got this deal. After that I meet with Starline General Manager Mr Arora , and he assured me that he will do some thing after talking with his Starline owner. Now two months expire but nothing done. Now when I am talking with Mr Arora , he is telling that he is busy and call after some time. On 15th feb 2010 I talked with Mr Arora that I want to meet you today and he assured that you can meet. When I gone at his showroom at 2.00 pm he refused to meet and given me time after 4.30 pm. This was wrong attitude because I was gone from Rewa city which is about 60 km from here. So I am fully harassed with this Hyundai car purchasing.

At the time of purchasing I assured him that if I will satisfied then my department is waiting for purchasing of car and I will give you atleast 6 car order. But due to this reason my all friends purchased Maruti car. This is also a very bad indication of your company. As you are so much big company and there will be no effect of this 6 cars, but this type of deal can effect you in future.

So I am requesting you to please look this matter seriously and solve our problem. Now I am not interested to talk with Starline ,Satna.

As your company is growing day by day by good services but such type of deal and dealer can damaged your reputation.

My brother(Manish Kumar) bought a Hundai i10 car on 24th NOV 2009.He was supposed to get corporate discount of Rs 6000 as per the invoice and a body cover but the dealer Kriss Hundai Patna did not gave him the body cover and he hasn't yet received Rs 6000 as corporate discount even after multiple reminders and complains.When i call Hundai they say that the dealer(Kriss Hundai) have told that they have not received my RC and the dealer sent me a letter 29/01/2010 they have sent my "claim to hundai moter india ltd for an early settlement and we will diburse your claim asap".

Hyundai Motors Ltd. — Misleading information on booking of new car

I am resident of faridabad and went on for buying a new car and chose the hyundai i20 asta petrol, i went on for the booking of the same at hyundai showroom (Hyundai Motor Plaza) located on the mathura road, Delhi next to NISSAN showroom. The reason i chose the i20 asta was because of the safety features it had (main focus on the ABS feature).

While booking the car we looked on to the CRDi version of i20, and since our daily run and highway touring was on higher side than in city, I immediatly got impressed by its fuel efficiency. I was very keen about having the ABS feature + airbags (esp driver), and i went on asking the sales person about the same. On asking, I was told that all the variants of the CRDI i20 had ABS in it, so i opted for the SPORTZ model after increasing my budget from by one Lac.

Now, after researching about the i20 CRDi Sportz i came to know that it doesnt have the ABS feature, i immediatly called up the sales person and inquired about the same, the person told he will ask some technical person about the same, and i was told that the sportz model does not have the ABS feature but had all four Disc Brackes which again was false. And if i wanted to have ABS i had to go for ASTA variant and then was told that it had only 2 disc brakes. I felt cheated as i was misled by the dealer, since, my main purpose of buying the i20 wasn't being solved and majorly after increasing my budget from i20 petrol to CRDi.

Moreover Few days back all the CRDI i20 variants were coming with ABS-EBD; (which was of course a vital feature; one can’t even imagine such a power full engine without this feature) and that’s what co's marketing personnel were supposedly explaining to prospective buyers; and suddenly Hyundai decides to remove this vital feature (ABS-EBD) from its CRDI variants, without even preparing its sales people about new variants. People were being misinformed and were made to take false decisions.

That’s what had happened with us, while booking our CRDI i20 SPORTZ at Hyundai Motor Plaza, Mathura Road, DELHI, in the name of BABLI KHUNGER - Booking ID – PR[protected] dated 05.05.10.

Half fed sales team, removing vital features & cutting down on costs seems to be the selling strategy of Hyundai for their Hot Selling Products.

While upgrading from ASTA Petrol to CRDI Sportz and increasing our budget by almost one Lac, ABS was the most crucial feature of our decision for which the sales personnel assured, exists. And now after exploration on NET, and when the car was about to deliver, we are being told that CRDI i20 SPORTZ doesn’t have this ABS feature.

I want my CRDI i20 with this feature as per the requirement of the engine and as per Hyundai Co'. outlet claim.
This is just fooling the customers and just the wrong promotion of the product. Moreover if your product today is selling like hot cakes it doesnt mean that the company takes undue advantage. I would like you to please look into this matter.

A prompt reply would be highly appreciated.
Innumerous calls and many e-mails to company customer care have not bothered any body to resolve the matter and take some action. My complaint ID with company' is[protected]

i have a santro 4 years old from saini hyundi, for the 1st 2 years the service was okay from the work shop. then on 3rd year they insist me to go for a extended 2 year warranty which i did. now i have a problem in one of the parts which they suppose to change as it is on extended warranty. but they are not willing to do that. this is the 3rd time in one month i went for the same problem, every time they repair it and says if it happen for the next time they will replace it..which they never do that.before the last time they even refuse to give me any recipt...and last time they said that 'you can right to the company' they wont do anything untill next time..i am not sure whom to go nw?

Hyundai - i 20 — Dealer not delivering the right color

Hello,

I have to write to you regarding the harassment I have been facing.
I booked an hyundai i-20 Sports (Optional) in Chennai from Express Hyundai dealer in Shollingnallur, Chennai on Monday June 28th, 2010 on a promise for delivery in 15 days. I gave booking fee to Mr. Satish from Express Hyundai and spoken to Senthil, his manager there about it. I have booked Silver color for my car and they told me it is easily available.

On Monday, July 5th, 2010, I inquired about the status and Senthil said he will let me know tomorrow.
On Tuesday, July 6th, 2010 I again inquired and Senthl said, the car should be there in his showroom by Friday and he will get the PDI inspection done during weekend and take the car for registration on Monday. At the same time, he informed that Hyundai will not be taking any more order for Sports (Optional) and would honour all the orders taken before 5th july. But still he was requesting me to think about some alternate color. I told him, I want Silver color only. He said he will get it done and call me back on wednesday to give me final status of the car.

Again, I checked on Thursday, July 8th, 2010 about the status. I was told that they will only give Berry Red and all other color will not be given. I was given reason that since 5th july sports(Opt) is not going to be in production.

As I have mentioned, I have made my order before 5th july, on 28th june i.e., the order should be honored and vehicle should be delivered for color of my choice. Now the dealer is forcing me the Berry Red color.

I request your intervention for the same and please resolve the issue to have my vehicle delivered to me for color of my choice.

i 70 media — charger bad contact it has not sense

i purchased a imedia model no.i70 mobile phone paid amt rs.2999/- to homeshop 18. but the day after 15days mobile phone trouble to working. It is start giving problem like bad contact of charger, no sensing sim cards, like dead position mobile.
Bad contact charger means charger is not connected properly. Please call[protected] for any clarifications .
