Hi, I was working in IBM India Private Limited, Bangalore. My application for PF Withdrawal was submitted on 9th May 2008. The details of my claim are below: PF No - 36082 Employee No: 196162 Ref Code : KN/BN/19214 DOL : 03/08/07 Appln Id : 139441 Im a resident of Chennai and it is difficult for me to come and check personally in Bangalore. I had contacted the PF Office in KR Puram Office many times. I had no response to my calls. Could you please check and let me know the status of my claim. IBM India Private Limited — Residential Address printed instead of Permanent Address
I am Dineshchandra Singh Nongmaithem, recently I received my passport. Now I am staying in a rented house, and I applied this passport from this house address. But I have provided both Residential as well as permanent addresses in the application form. Now I found that Residential Address is printed instead of Permanent Address in the passport. Please suggest me how to change this in minimum possible days.
