A courier was sent to Philippine on 22 sept. 08(tracking no. n[protected] from IBM Daksh business process, gurgaon, phase v, 444. But on tracking I got the wrong address updated at the site of dtdc, tracking.
I mentioned the correct address below and hope, it will be delivered on time.

    Dear Sir,
    I am vinay kr mantoo. I work for IBM Daksh for 1.6 years. I had appllied for the Provident Fund withdrawl last year. Still It was not credited to my account. Now It is completing almost one year now i have submitted my form in the Gurgoan office. My pf a/c no is 10640/21811. My citibank A/c which is mentioned on the form is closed now because it was the corporate A/c. Sir please guide me what will i do now to withdraw my PF from my A/c.

        This is Sunil Utpal ( Name changed as per the Lawyers consent) was working with IBM in year 2006 . Left the compnay in the month of November 2006. While my final settlement was process, the company person name "TUSHAR" told me to fill the PF forms. The forms were filled and sumbmitted the very same day. Tushar represnting the company told me to call after 2 months to know the status. The bigest irony is that he informed me that the PF claim forms have been misplaced...
        Then I went to his office and again filled up the forms, and the company assured that they will try the level best to process the same. Today is 6th of June 2008...and the Processing is still goin on...Is IBM working in ICE AGE or the PF guys, I don't know but the PF authority 's are pretty clear that the IBM claims have so far not come to them what so ever...
        PF account no. MH/121899/01___. The last three digits of the account cannot be displayed as told by my local Lawyer...

        My previous organisation Karvy computershare Pvt Ltd has given the Pf papers on 24th Ec 08, cna y Pl confirm the date on which the amt will be credited to my account
        My company Cosi Consumer was liquidated last year April and we were told that the fund was also liquidated but that we were going to get our profident fund but that has not happen. What can I do inoder to assess my profident fund

          Hi,

          I have BSNL broadband connection with leased modem.

          The BroadBand stops working any time. ADSL link is not blinking. This is the same status for last one month.

          As far as complaint is concerned, I keep calling 24 Hour customer care but after telling for about two minutes that the call is in queue, the call drops. After trying for as many as 20 times, wasting an hour, if I am lucky, I will get to an executive. They log the complaint and tell me that the problem will be corrected in 7 working days, standard answer.

          Most of the time it not possible to reach Customer Care and I have to call the exchange. However, the time taken to do the job is same. Exchange officer insists that lineman will visit my house. Probably he knows that this is the best way to postpone any action to Saturday as I can not be found between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM at home.

          I'm forced to pay the rent for broadband though I'm not able to use it since my landline will get disconnected, if I don't pay the rent.

                i have purchased ibm thinkpad R60-9457 A43 from ibm showroom located at Edappally "Compumobiles Think World"on 27 Feb 2007 with 3 year warranty.Presently a lots of problem are in my pc as there is no sound and also some screw problems, so please consider my case and provide me necessary steps to overcome these problems as soon as possible.

                  i got the SIM on 30th jan-08 ,a shop in anderi

                  i submitted the following documents:
                  1) passport photocopy
                  2) one colour photo

                  they provided service for 5 days after that they have de-activated my service.

                  i rang up to customer care,the customer care people is saying that your documets are not listed in the database.

                  without providing the proof how the vodafone can activate the connection .
                  within 24hrs i need the connection has to be activated...
                  otherwise i will chage the service provider
                  so kindly revert back ASAP
