IBM conducted a campus recruitment in our college premises (Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan College of eng & Tech, Ch) on 2011 April.
They haven't recruited the students who got selected.

This recruitment is done directly by IBM employees from IBM Bangalore, Got mail from one of the senior HR from IBM bangalore stating that all those students will be getting the call letters, bt it turned out to be a big fraud and the students were never responded properly.

Even got proof tat its directly from ibm bangalore.

ITs a big fraudulent

what about details of iibm blr & ksbm pune which are the recognising & reputation as placement.

I have fiven form 10C and 19 C for PF withdrawal and closure of the account from IBM India Pvt Ltd in Jun 2010.
Till date money is not credited to my account and I am not able to contact PF offce in Bangalore.

- I worked in IBM ( 2006 AUG -2010 JAN) , While leaving the company I took the option withdraw PF, with respective documents submited and IBM sent to PF office.

- Almost 1 year completed. I'm not able to find the status of CLAIM

Hi mrashok( minister of. Transport please look in to shivajinagar depot because everyday we facing lot of problems by tis depot because after 10pm in the night there is no single bus towards yeshwanthpur & if we ask depot manager he showing very bad manner on public and telling there is no in night u can sleep here and at morning u'll get busses he tells to public and i think we r not living in bangalore because from shivaji nagar to yeshwanthpi there is no bus but how can they provide the bus to kamanhalli and rt.nagar and they taking double charges for some areas if they provide bus after 11pm..please look in to in this matter and please provide public relief to travel at time in night before 12 am.. To there home safelly......

Hi Friends, FAKE IBM LETTER

Please dont believe Ram Babu, he is basically from Andhra Pradesh and he lives in Bangalore ( MS Palaya near to vidyarana pura ). He is my friends relative but he is number one fraud guy in bangalore. He charged me 2.5 lakhs and he took one year and kept postponing all the time offer letter. The offer letter mail is from IBM server too. Please dont believe all the PHONE CALL NUMBERS -

Dear Sir,
I am the elder sister of that boy who is going under high depression.I want to complaint against IBM DAKSH- Mr Karthik who is a HR, and the consultancy who sent a fake sms stating that he is selected and can go there for the documents verification.My brother went there,sat there for whole day, got at appointment letter and filled so many forms and then he was told that he is rejected reason he is over qualified and his English is not good. How the person will feel when he gets the appointment letter which states the joining date,time and salary and then you snatch the same for him and asking him how dare you to enter into the premises after being rejected for this reason...Are they playing with Human emotions..If he was rejected then why he received the congrats sms and why he has been given Appointment letter,,Why fake Hopes,If my brother commits some wrong steps then who will be the responsible..
Please Friends..Its happened with my brother and i dont want other to face the same..

IBM HR team - What are they doing?

If they have made up their mind not to select any person then why to do drama by calling for interview.
The person who took interview was searching for a reason to reject every guy.
He said to one guy "you need to have SAP experience, only domain exp is not sufficient".
His next comment to one more guy "you need to have Domain experience, only SAP exp is not sufficient".
Another comment & my favorite one " you have domain & SAP exp then why don't you continue in same domain/company"

I am Hariprasad Vadluri, resigned from IBM India Pvt Ltd on 28th Dec '2010, later I submitted the concern forms that are required to claim my PF amount,from then onwards even on frequent inquiry's I did not receive my PF,inturn they are shooting a mail with the content:

Internally the process takes around one and half month for process and after completion we will file the same with RPFC. From there it takes around 3-4 months to get the credit of the same amount. since the settlement will be done by our PF Office, we request you to contact our PF Office at[protected] / 25617629 and quote your PF Account Number with IBM for the status.

when I tried to reach the numbers they gave which never work, I became helpless to approach a contact person to claim my PF, please do the needful as I'm giving the details of mine:

It started somewhere in March when i requested my deppartment manager to either give me a transfer of location or grant me work from home for some time,as my family situation was critical and they needed me to be with them.My manager Mr. Partha Dutta(Technical Services Manager-Service Management-Novartis) refused to grant me the leave at any cost.As it was important for me,i went ahead with the request to his senior manager.This angered Mr. Partha(it hurt his ego).From thereon,he started finding faults in me every now and then,monitoring my every single activity and sending me mailers asking for justifications.when nothing worked out for him,he misguided HR deppt with false accusations and they together issued me a Show-Cause notice.I was asked to put a signature that i accepted all my mistakes.Since it was all non-sense,wrong painful allegations,i told them that i could not put a signature on something which i do not believe in.This is something like FORCING a person to admit his crime(which actually he has not done).To this,i was told that they wanted me to resign.I said i love IBM and i would not resign.I appealed to the Open-door Concerns and Appeals deppt and my 2nd line manager requested me to meet him face to face on 17th June 2011( i have the e-mail proof).However,as i came to office on 16 June feeling very excited as it was the 100th anniversary of IBM,my 1st line manager Mr. Partha took me to meeting room and told that i was terminated.I requested him that i had already appealed to the higher authorities and i had a meeting the next day regarding this.To this,he told me that he does not want to listen anything and that if i did not go,securites would be called to throw me out.and he called the security.Now i found that my entry access was blocked that day and all my official communication between and the senior authorities were blocked as well.what sort of injustice is this?I am not even sure if at all i am terminated as i have received no formal mail or letter or anything like that.what Should i do now?Mr. Partha has now been misleading the higher management authorities with all false arguments,justifying his stand to terminate me but i am unable to contact them to present with my side of the story.This is gross injustice,inhuman as well.I do not have a problem with termination,as a private sector company they reserve full rights to sack an employee on discretion.But,I haven't got any formal order of termination(no mails,no letter etc..) and my entry is blocked in the company.I do not have so much money to hire a lawyer and fight the case.But my hope rests with you now.Please feel for me.Please help me get justice.

What is the recourse I can take

AS PER THE CONVERSATION I HAD WITH ANKIT IN (Full AND final dept of iBM DAKSH) i send a draft of Rs 2977 ,which they received on 14th june'11 .they promised me that as soon as they receive my DRAFT they will issue me the relieving letter with 3-4 days.Yet i have not received it.AND when i tried to call ankit ,he was very rude and abusive .I finally went to INFINITY to get my relieving but nobody seemed helpful .

I really need my relieving letter as i have to join IBM DAKSH from 20th june .and they will not allow me to join without the relieving letter.
please help.

I had submitted my PF withdrawal form on[protected].I got the acknowledgment .still i have not received my pf.Please do the needful.

At least govt official should understand when someone loses job & surviving without job how difficult it is.They should be kind enough for the people at this stage. There are lot of people lost job & struggling like anything.

Respected Police Sir,

Greetings from Aravind!!!

This is Aravind resident of Super Residency Apartment, MCH No 8-1-299/99, Shaikpet which comes under Golconda Police station area and have a serious complaint about the nuisance we have been suffering of too much noise and sound ( playing songs without any limit in the decibels) from a function Hall called President Garden function hall which is right just adjacent to out apartment since 5 years. We as a association have lodged written complaint about the same in Golconda police station long time back and staff from station responded very well and C.I Mr Wesley went ahead and gave his personal mobile no. to call him and complaint about this whenever we face this problem. But after sometime police also couldn’t do much as it has become a very regular and routine complaint for them. Whenever we call police station in the nights( these function hall guys used to continue playing the songs in very high volume after 11:30PM also, sometimes till 1:30 or 2:00AM) they used to send the Rakshak vehicle with 2 police men and as soon as function hall guys sees them, they used to talk to police and handle them in some or other manner and they used to switch off or reduce the volume when they are at hall premises. As soon police men leaves the hall in 10 mins, again they used to continue playing the songs till late nights...not only playing songs but dances and playing whistles and full of noise used to come from Hall..We got completely fed up with these nuisance activities. When we spoke about the same with function hall proprietor, he responded in a very careless attitude. He said, you can do whatever you want and went ahead and suggested us to sell our flats and better to leave from the place if you are not able to bear the noise. Everybody in the apartment tried in all the different ways to get rid off this nuisance. But no luck and people are started thinking to sell their flats and leave this area JUST because of this nuisance. Not only playing songs and another torture is Orchestra..Oohh....such a bad nuisance after 10:00PM till 2:00AM with these orchestras..just unbearable. So please treat this mail as a written complaint and take the necessary actions on the function hall staff. We are looking for a permanent solution for this instead of sending a Rakshak as a work around on call basis.



I have read some new sections (nuisance) have been introduced about the limit of volumes in (dbs) (particularly for function halls in residential areas) in the news papers and we can file a case against these nuisance activities. Actually we are looking and seeking some sort of these kinds of actions from Police to make this as a permanent solution. So please guide us or help us in finding a problem for this in a legal manner also. We as a association ready to file any case if there is any. So please understand our serious concern and do the needful and save us in selling off our own flats because of this cheap and silly nuisance activity.

IBM INDIA PVT LTD is cheating the employees left and right...i worked with IBM for about 5 years and left this Jan, as per the IBM Policy employess worked till 31th Dcember is elligbe for Performance Bonus and GDP...but now they are telling Based on various parameters and IBM performance guidelines , IBM decided not to give any GDP and Performance Bonus ....its Employeee money and how come IBM can deside on employee money ....

IBM Got no Ethics and Moral Values ….it cheats both its clients and its employees…..

I applied PF transfer from IBM to Accenture PF Account.
I got a message saying that Form 13 (Transfer) Rejected, Claim ID- PYKRP[protected].

Please advise how can I get the details of the reason and whom to contact to get the transfer done.
