[Resolved] ICFAI National College — Fraud in every field | |
First of all during admission councelling, 1) They gave me all false information that they had tie up with many nationalised banks which provide study loan to all inc students but no banks are interested to pay study loan to INC and there is no tie up with any banks. 2) They had experienced facaultys as well as better visiting faculties for all subjects to be taught in 2 years but no experience facaulty are available for any subject rather there is no one to teach 7 subjects. 3) If student pay fees on self payment basis they can pay the fees in part payment basis as informed during admission . As I could not have study loan i paid the fees on my self and cleared the fees of Rs. 70000 in two part payments, for which i also had to suffer as i could not appear 2nd semester regular exam for non clearance of dues and i appeared the makeup examination after clearing the dues and giving a fine of Rs. 3500 for makeup examination. Again in 2nd year i made a part payment of Rs. 30000 in December and informed our college principal that i will clear the remaining dues in last week of January, also our college principal assured me there will be no problem for appearing 4th mid-semester examination. As the mid semester exams were starting from 27th of December, just before one day i.e on 26th of december i was asked by the principal to clear the dues to appear the exam. Thus i could not pay and i could not appear. Again to appear the make up exams i was asked to clear all the dues along with Rs. 10000 fine for late payment + Rs. 3500 as makeup exam fees. Thus , by any means i arranged all the money and i did the form fillup to appear the makeup exam. This was not sufficent as i again had to suffer as my question papers for the makeup exam were not made available for three papers out of seven. At last when i requested to refund the form fillup amout for three papers i.e of Rs. 1500, " that is not possible to refund the money" is replied by the principal. I am Muralitharan.S, and the complaint given on 06 Mar 2009 to "Prof. Sukhadeo Thorat Chairman, University Grants Commission, ( U G C ), Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, New Delhi-110 002 is not by me. Some defaulters/senseless used my name as "S.Muralitharan" and played this game. But the ICFAI academy taken a legal action and filed the case against a innocent person who is not at all aware of anything just by keeping the name only, since i have lodged a request on complaint forum in regard with the NON RECEIPT OF PF (complaint link is : https://www.consumercomplaints.in/my-complaints.htmlicfai-national-college-hyderabad-c358197.html) which was in the month of 22 Mar 2010, whereas the complaint to UGC was lodged on 06 Mar 2009 by so called "S.Muralitharan". It is clearly understood that after viewing my NON RECEIPT OF PF complaint only ICFAI Academy treated me as the same person and filed the case against me since i have given my complete service particulars while lodging the complaint in regard with PF. This is really embarrassing and not fair.
In view to the above once again intimating that i have not done anything or written such defamatory things against ICFAI. Kindly look into and find out the actual person who has done.

I am Muralitharan.S an ex employee of INC, RO, Chennai, were working from 16 Jun 2006 to 13 Mar 2009 as a Senior Administrative Officer and was performing my duties sincerely and loyally. In those period i have learn a lot from the organization and gained the knowledge of administration which is a great asset for me and no one can deny. Due to some personal reason, I have submitted my resignation on 13 Mar 2009 and left the organization.
While surfing the internet I have come to know that a posting against ICFAI academy has been done in the name of mine in this website, in this context I would like to convey a message to all the viewers & readers of this website that the posting in this link : https://www.consumercomplaints.in/complaints/icfai-national-college-c28911.html was not done by me, somebody misused my name as “S.Muralitharan”.

I have been told (at the time of admission) that i would be getting Scholorship(20, 000/- per semester) if i would get CGPA more than 7+ . I got 8.23 cgpa overall...when i asked for the scholorship..they have refused for the same...said there is no such scholorship ...i tried to study hard so that i can repay my loan easily...as it was difficult for my dad..
They are actually fraud...though other things are good enough...education wise, ...faculty wise.infrastructure wise...

1. ICFAI has recommended the banks to provide loan to students pertaining to each of its center across the country. The banks have been giving loan. My colleagues daughter studied in Vellore-icfai and many more students i know, they have availed bank loans only. In icfai-vellore alone, there were 28 students out of 54 who studied under bank loan. ICFAI has done its help to the best, the rest has to be done by the student.
2. Without paying the fees why should the instittution keep the student on roll. Icfai should not allow students to the class. In your case they have allowed enough of time, class and knowledge. In every aspect a student cant expect everything. I also had a chance to visit some of the centers as a viositing faculty for banking, there were no cases of shortage of faculty, in fact compared to the other local colleges, they had the best faculty and they icfai paid them well.
In all what I could say is, just becasue one candidate has met with some problem, out of his / her own reason, one cannot blame the institution or an orgganization...

Dear all rather we all are critisizing ICFAI NATIONAL COLLEGES but when people does not got placements this senario was not only limited to one region it was globally.i did my MBA from INC shimla and i got totally satisfection and abour recignation aal the degree that came is not from INC but is from ICFAI UNIVERSITY DEHRADUN & in Himachal Pradesh all the Govt Body accepting it
very true. my dad took all his PF money to send me to MBA. very good donot even hire or pay you far less to your counterparts when you say that your from icfai national college. i understood hw important it is to do a research of colleges before one joins them. i request all my friends to avoid this brand, if you are very much concerned about future. m planning to do mba from some recognised institute in the coming years, as it becomes very impt as far as your career is concerned.
ICFAI national college is not a management college it was actually a coaching center. For this work they were taking a fees of REGISTRATION- RS 15000, IST YEAR 98000, 2ND YEAR 98000.

I have studied in icfai national college which gave us a valid degree from icfai dehradun, but yea ther is a question in my mind why our its center in our city did not last? all my batchmates r successfull except 4-5 who were nvr serious in class or used to skip d same...
its fraud or not but in past I experienced a very awkward situation. once went to wipro greator noida campus for intrview...out of all 75 candidates my scores for written exam I scored highest but when i went for face to face intrvw they said aftr looking at icfai degree, we cant hire you as the WIPRO has d policy of not hiring INC candidates. it was shocking...

I am a research scholar in the prestigious Aligarh Muslim University. Some days back, I spotted a book seller inside the campus having a hand cart (Thhela Gadi) with loads of fresh books that were looking like as if being taken from some library shelf in their first look itself. They were the books from ICFAI National College Library, Agra. On being asked, we found the shocking facts:
1. That some staff from the INCL, Agra were selling these books to the local vendors.
2. That the higher authorities were aware of this fraud.
3. That the higher authorities have permitted it behind the veil by saying that sooner they will wind up their everything from Agra.
4. That by the time I got the news, there were almost 1200 students enrolled there.
I am in pain by seeing as where our nation is heading towards? Should we not take this kind of fraud as a severe crime, more cognizable than the regular Court crimess where the '1200 promising future' of the nation are all set to pass into oblivion! Should our nation be made to accept that the issue of Hindu-Muslim where some zealots proudly & regularly write on FB and other sites as ' Muslims should choose either-- Pakistan or Kabristan, is the only fate left to ponder and that these kinda fraud are just a normal course of nature that are bound to happen! Should not we be united in asking the Govt. Agencies as UGC regarding the presence of these parasites in our nation!
I am equally happy being a proud student of Aligarh Muslim University and sad being a helpless fellow citizen to these poor students.

I am studding Final year EEE. Here only two staffs available have take class for whole department. on the time of inspection only the management bring additional faculty. we need qualify faculty please do the needful regard. this is one college has to be irregular activity and worst managament.
I agree that i am also studding in Mechnical final year. last two weeks before 30 students from third year mech had came to our classes and beat one guys this waste college.
