[Resolved] ICICI Bank ATM Fault — LESS CASH DISBURSED | |||
Hi... I am Preetam Bhojwani. I have a Savings Account with Axis Bank. Today 4th Dec. 2011, i had visited ICICI ATM for cash withdrawal. ICICI ATM located at Salunkhe Vihar Road. I had punched for Rs 2000/- for withdrawal, i got only 500 Rs. Currency of 100, 5 nos. I am shocked at this. The transaction slip says withdrawal of Rs 2000/-, whereas ATM has disbursed only Rs 500/-. I tried to get in touch with the customer care of Axis & ICICI Bank, but could not get through. There was no security guard as well at the ATM of ICICI Bank. I am unable to understand as to what can i do. My Name : Preetam Krishnakant Bhojwani. Contact No : [protected]. ICICI BANK /AXIS BANK — Discrepancy in cash withdrawal
This is to inform you that I am a saving account holder of ICICI Bank with Sector 9 branch at Chandigarh. My account no is[protected]. I lodged my complaint with the above mentioned banks in the month of January, 2009 and they have assured me that the excess money will be credited back to my account in next 45 days. I have checked personally with icici branch executives and they have given me assurance verbally as well as through message on my cell regarding the same.I went to the icici branch after 45 days and asked about the status. They assured me that the payment will be credited to your account in next 7-10 days but it was of no avail. Now it’s been more than 120 days that the amount has not been credited in my account.
I would appreciate if you can look into the same and revert back to me at the earliest
