[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Attitude of Branch Executive. | |
I am holding ICICI platinum, Titanium, Gold, Future Gold credit cards of ICICI Bank. 6 Months before I went to one of the ICICI Branch in Pune for my Credit Card Statement. It was immediately required for submitimg it to the HSBC Bank for Balance Transfer. I Requested the Brach Executive that " I have not Received my Hard Copy Statement & I have brought my E-Statement along with me. I want bank stamp on it. The Executive told me that it is not possible as Credit card Dept queries are not taken care in this branch. As I insisted saying that I require it urgently because my due date is close, the Execuitve told me that Rs 118 would be charged & the statement would be given from the branch itself. I Complaint Regarding this to the "Head Private Banking Officer". I got a call from The Head dept & even they agreeed that it was the Executives Responsibility to give the Stamp on the E-Statement. I asked for an Apology Letter for the same but the complaint no is still UNSOLVED( 'ICICICARE=[protected]' ). I have given Rs 50000/- Revenue to the Bank in the last 1year. Thanks ICICI. a. Why in the world would someone move papers after 8 years?
b. No copies are maintained?
c. How dumb of someone to inform that we have lost your identity and its our fault and we have no remorse on it. Wish it was a western nation and these folks would have danced the jingle then
d. Someone called Ashish called from ICICI direct called and spoke about me cooperating to submit the docs which they had lost. Talk about humility and an apology. I told him to go hang himself off the nearest tree.
Then someone unwittingly decides to reset the charges on my account for ICICI Direct to double of what was agreed upon in writing. My relationship manager is so lost that it takes him 7 months to figure out what the issue is. Lo and behold the trades made in the interim result in a Rs 35, 000/- excess transaction charges. So instead of apologizing for the reset, they refuse to acknowledge and refund the charges.
The most unprofessional and unfair business conduct I have encountered so far...
