[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — ATM MACHINE TRANSACTION

I am using services of ICICI bank from more then 2 years and on Saturday 10/31/2009 TIME 17:10 I did a transaction at ATM Machine O[censored]NION BANK OF INDIA situated at NEHRU PLACE using my
ICICI BANK Debit card # 4216-xxxx-xxxx-6204 ICICI BANK ACCOUNT#[protected]
ATM ID-NDEL[protected]

DATE:-10/31/2009
TIME 17:10
AMT WITHDRAWN-Rs 2000
and I received 3 Notes of Rs 500 and 5 Notes of Rs 100 and out of which 1 Note of Rs500 is completely WORN-OUT and its completely TEARED I cannot use it its only 3/4th so I immediately contacted UNION BANK OF INDIA for this but they said they can't help me and said I should contact ICICI BANK so I called ICICI BANK CUSTOMER CARE for this issue and they said can't help me in this case and they even declined me from giving any Service Rrequest # OR any Complaint # and she said ICICI BANK Can't do anything and she will not register any complaint for this. So Please help me in getting this Rs 500 Note replaced ON the URGENT AS ITS NOT A FAULT AT MY END ITS THE FAULT AT EITHER ICICI BANK OR ITS A FAULT AT UNION BANK OF INDIA. AND AS A CONSUMER I WILL NOT BEAR THIS LOSS.
