[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Regarding IRCTC Refund

Dear Sir and Madam,

I am not being able understand that Why I am not getting refund into my account.

IRCTC have sent the Settlement, even after you are not being able to credit the same.

already 15 days passed, I will report to the same in consumer forum.

This is seriously very bad thing. Just mailing me that we escalated the issue.

You have generated two service request for the same issue.

Even after issue has not been resolved,

SR62007168 and SR61239961.

Kindly let me know the status as early as possible.

I did not receive the refund(against the cancellation of I-ticket PNR number: [protected]) in my ICICI account. Actually At the time of booking I used my[protected]VAIBHAV SAXENE -Pune - Shivajinagar Branch and now I have transferred the same account into[protected]VAIBHAV SAXENA-Bangalore - Koramangala).kindly transfer the same amount into in my changed account, Previous account is no more.Please do the needful.
