ICICI Bank — Card not received, yet bill SMS sent 4 days before the bill due date

Hi,

I have applied for ICICI Corel credit card in the mid of February.
I haven't received the card yet, still I received a bill (SMS) on 22nd April with the due date of 26th April.

Since, I didn't receive any card, how am I liable for any kind of bill payment for the Card usage?(Strange).

So, I need the bank to cancel the bill to prevent my CIBIL report from getting marked.
Better yet, cancel my card and remove me of all the burdens with the card, as this is preposterous.

ICICI Bank — Courier Not Received Bill no.2626380816

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have requested for one courier from the ICICI Bank which has been sent on[protected].Airway bill no. is [protected].
But till date i have not received it. So kidly look into the Matter.

I intimate bank to disconnect my service of auto payment og electricity bill to Torrent Power ltd, ahmedabad beacause i sold my house before three years but they ignore my massage and now they send bill for this I send them email regarding this matter but they ignore me & continue sly send me bill for this payment. I will never pay for this stupidity. i hope this matter will resolve as soon as possible.

Hi,
No one called me. Though this is the last date of the bill payment.
I called the representative who provided me the card, and she told me to pay the bill and she will mail me the card details.
This is insane to pay the bill without receiving the card. Please help me in this regard and please cancel the bill as the last date to pay is TODAY.
Sorry, the representative i mentioned called me to get the card and give the documents. No card is provided.
