[Resolved] ICICI Bank / Credit Card — REFUND OF MY CREDIT AMOUNT | |||
It is been worst experience always with dealing in ICICI Bank. I had done all my payments towards my Credit outstanding. I had to receive excess amount which i paid to Bank. Now i have been following up with ICICI Bank for my Credit amount with is lying with the ICICI Bank. It has been now 1year 6 months after providing them with all proof of my excess amount lying with the Bank yet they are harssing me to give the same documents every time. I had even approcah the ICICI Bank personal but till date did not get my refund. I am seeking for help and advise all my time and money i have been spending behind this activity. More over i do not understand why i have to provide all proofs to get my Credit amount which is clearer showing in ICICI Bank statement the bank needs to be me back. Credit Card — refund of credit amount
my credit card was lost, and i got it blocked and i requested for my credit balance in my card for Rs:1225-75p about 5 to 6 months back, but till date I have not received BY DD nor is transfered to my SB account no:[protected] in BANK OF INDIA vasavinagar Branch my card no is:[protected].
