[Resolved] ICICI Bank / Credit Card — New card charge not refund / customer care not picking calls. | |||
Hi, ICICI bank has offered me new credit card as I am using more than 5 yrs of salary account. For getting a new card they will charge me Rs 500/= and if I am spending more than 5000/= within 50 days, my 500/= will be refund in my next bill. But even after spend more than 5000, they not given back my amount, now they are not even picking up the customer care. I am trying for more than a month. All the day, they are speaking with customers. I have given my feedback thro their ICICI site, if that they mentioned with in 48 hrs they will response, still no one reached me. ICICI Bank — Credit Card Over Charged
I am holding an ICICI Credit card and salary account. I have come across the situations, where I have used ICICI credit card and card was over charged. One was for 10k extra / duplicate charge. Second time I made a transaction for Rs. 3344 and signed one charge slip. But surprisingly my card was showing three transactions of same amount.I will have to pay extra Rs. 6644 which I have not used. When I called ICICI for that, they said it will take 90 days to clear / settle the problem.
Being a salary account holder, credit card holder I don't get any additional benefits and on top of that I have to pay extra to ICICI.
ICICI bank / credit card — Charges for check collection
I received a telephone call from Icici collection agency stating that my credit card payment they will be collecting their exectives without any charges. Based on their telephonic conversation. I decided to give them my check payment. After Onemonth I received my statement. In that I got Rs.100 for check collection charges.I called ICICI customer care. But there is no use and no response this. I don't understand why ICICI have some collection agency between customer??
Finally I got cheated. Who is going to be taken action on this?

ICICI Credit — Hidden cancellation charges and settlement issue
1) Information regarding "the cancellation charge against ICICI Lombard insurance" was not informed to meduring the committed of ICICI credit card and Lombard policy. And also I did not get any documents regarding this.
On this cancellation charge, financial Charge (Like late fee ) are also charged. So I do not have any responsibility
over this For this, I already raised the dispute with ICICI credit card division and Lombard
( Ref no[protected],[protected] and[protected].But I did not get any good response over it.
2) After wards, lot of mails and call gone between me and Customer care. Still no response.
Finally I totally feel bad regarding this credit card and came to the decision that to settled and closed this
problem. At the time one ICICI person called me and come for settlement, I agreed and pay Rs 1500 to put the full
stop to this issue (FYI I did not spent any amount for my usage, all for cancellation charge and financial charges
still I paid). But again I was cheated. Please take the department wise or legal action against that ICICI person to
prevent your valuable customer. Still I did not get any settlement letter, so again I made a call to customer care,
they asked me pay a MIN of Rs 3000 to settled this account. But Collection agent asked me to pay amount with out
settlement letter (As per customer care call, They adviced me to dont pay amount with settlement letter )
Finally Jan 7 2009 i had call from collection agent and agreed for settlement for amount 3000,
Afterwards i did not get any call from collection agent.
