[Resolved]  ICICI Bank Credit Cards — Payment deposited not credited in our A/c & receiving bills

Dear Sir,


I am credit care holder in the name of Tirath Singh Gulati A/c No. [protected]

this is to bring to your kind notice that we have deposited one cheque no. 0293648 dtd. 13.11.07 for Rs. 2019.25 of HDFC bank and same has also been debited to my account on 13.11.07. but still we are getting bills showing oustanding in my name. Till date, that cheque has not been credited to my Creidt card A/c No. [protected] in the name of Tirath Singh Gulati. In Current bill, it is showing a outstanding in my account whereas I have already deposited the money. I have checked with the bankers, they have replied that cheque by mistake has been credited to some other account due to clerical mistake by bank. but inspite of our repeated reminders, that amount is not transferred to our account.

today I have received legal notice from bank stating that I have not made payment whereas this all outstanding is due to mistake from bank side.

you are requested to please check the whereabout of the cheque from your end and transfer that amount to our account and give us a correct statement so that balance amount can be deposited.

ICICI Bank — Cheques deposited not debited to account

I dropped 3 cheques in my firm's account between 22nd & 30th of April at a DROP BOX at ATM Center MEANT FOR CLEARANCE. till date they have not been debited to the account. Bank is not issuing monthly statements, above transactions didnt reflect in the daily transaction details they send thru mail. their web site donot have phone no. of the branch. When went in person I was made to wait for 2 hrs then came the reply it has already cleared 2 of those cheques & the pther will be done in 2 days. but our balance didnt show so. pls help us.

Credit Card — creditcard not getting

so many times i was send mail to you. but till date no reply.
axis bank send one sms to my phone.(with ref no also). but still i am not getting any credit card from axis bank.formal verification was over. what is the status of my credit card? (ref no is 1681415)

ICICI Bank — Check not deposited in account

I deposited the cheque in ICICI Maylladuthurai branch on date 15/12/2008 but till today this cheque is not posted to my bank account. Contacting the phone banking officer is very difficult always there phone are engaged .Please look into the matter.

i deposited my cheque of rs : 615/- on 22.09.2009 in atm center of hdfc in payment box but statment of 3.10.2009 recived in email id not showing credit of last bill but showing penalty and pending of bill please look in to matter
