[Resolved]  ICICI Bank Credit Cards — Wrong statements by all ICICI customer care, Collection dept

I am one od the defaulter of ICICI bank and i have been send a letter for the same and my savings accounts (2) has been blocked for the same. Then i have been told not to pay some of the ammount (i.e., 10% of the ammount), then when i paid the same, i have called the colletion dept manager (who has told this thing 10% deduction) he says that i have never said that and in turn you have told me before paying the ammount. Then i have called up customer care and they always log a service request for everything and nothing works. A complaint and a service request has been logged for the same and no progress and not even the user has been noticed about the progress.

Then when i try to call the CollectionDept manager - he always avoid and he will be laughing over phone and i hear the voice of him chit chatting in his mother toungue and i have been told that he is in a very important conference. Then after making the remaining payment when i call him, he says to contact Customer care. when i call Customer care again as usual, they give me another service request number that my account will be linked in 2 working days (i.e., when ever ICICI bank employees work that is no day) again when i call after 2 working days, now i am getting anothere service request for the same and i have been told that there is no service requests on my name.

This is what is ICICI bank! so please dont keep faith and huge money with ICICI bank, the service and the employees are very pathetic ( pathetic is the word which is very less for their service)

Please if some one can help me in this regards, since my savings account has been blocked i am not able to do any transactions and money

I am icici bank credit card holder of late i have defaulted in my payments, not because i wanted to be defaulter, but for the attitude of the bank, i have not received satisfactory replies to queries over phone and by email also.hence i request help.

I am credit Card holder of ICICI. during the issue of the card ICICI Bank has promised to pay utility payment will be done directly to concern authorities. For this, ICICI Bank credit card debited to my account as annual fees.Only one month they have paid the bills. After that the have not paid the same. This I have came to know latter. by this time I have slaped fine for non payment by concern authority. I never expected this kind of attitude from ICICI.Even though I am sincerly paying back my dues.
I have decided that here after not to pay my outstanding untill unless settle the issue by bank.
Reaching to customer care is very dificulty in nowdays. Most of the time Bank web site are not at all giving proper information. Web pages are not opening. Poor response from bank.

I decided not to pay, then only bank will response.
Hope reply will be very soon.

hi sir this is kathiravan from chennai. i am one of the credit card customers, my card no [protected], i saw online statement via e statement, it mention wrong, i made ticket booking irctc via on 29st jan 2011 with an E MI option, i made canceled that ticket on 31st jan, also statement mention refundund 822, now i see my statemnt on 2nd march it mention 1/3 of emi for rail ticket amount something plese refer my statement and give retrive, pls sent it my email id [protected]@gmail.com or contact phone no [protected] i have sent customer care via e mail.from my another mailid
