[protected] This is to bring to your notice that I have been holding the above mentioned C/C from 2012. I have made quite some hefty transaction and simultaneously paid all the dues within the stipulated due date with an excess payment of Rs.540/-. Suddenly few days back I got a compiled statement from ICICI Bank whereby they have charged me an interest of Rs.6600/- against a fictitious credit card account no. starting with 4477 and ending with 6000. On talking to the customer service personnel, Mr. Srinivasan on 22nd Feb, he informed that it is against a card issued to me in 2001, whereas to my surprise I did not possess any ICICI bank Credit card during that time and it is the 1st time last year that I got this credit card. Mr. Srinivas even advised that I should not be making any payment for the same and we will be informed vide mail in 2 days. When I did not receive any mail, I contacted the ICICI bank credit card department yesterday, only to be informed by a lady at the customer service, that I have to pay this amount, though the card never belonged to me. Madam, please note that I am holding an ICICI Bank S/B account no.[protected] at Kormangala Branch Chennai for last couple of years with a decent amount of transactions. My records were always clean. I an even having quite a few FDS with your bank at CIT Nagar, Chennai & Kazhakuttom, Trivandrum branch (A/c no.[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]. Still I do not understand why ICICI bank is harassing me in this way for no reason of mine. If I am possessing such a fictitious card, request you to please arrange to send your personnel at my place with the application form and courier receipt of the credit card duly signed by myself and I will promptly make the payment with an apology. Request you to kindly look into the matter and redress the harassment I have to undergo within 7 days. Failure to do so, will prompt me not only to pull out only my investments and savings, but also of all my other relatives, who is having their account and credit cards with your bank being insured by me and will be forced to take this matter into the attention of RBI. ICICI Credit Card — Harresement despite of making full payment
I have paid full principle amount, cancelled the credit card & sent four piecess of credit card to ICICI bank before almost 02 years.Despite of which, so as to settle the matter & get rid of mental harresement, I have paid Rs. 2000.00 as discussed with Madame AARTI, so as to settle the issue.
But, TOday i.e on 14/09/09 @ about 19 : 00 hrs, somebody stating his name to be Mr.Ajit Rathodhaving address " J.B.Nagar, R.G.Tower,2nd. floor", has called me on my mobile No. [protected] & abused like any thing i/c. abusing my wife on my Home's Landline number 28053756.& threatened her to pay Rs. 54000.00 by unparlamentary way.
It is therefore demanded to compensate me by paying Rs. 1.00 crore
ICICI bank are experts in "INTEREST WILL BE CHARGED if ______ (100 reasons)". But from their side there is no committment at all for any queries - the worst being ICICI Lombard.

ICICI Bank Credit Cards — fictitious billings
i have/had three credit cards of ICICI bank. the story srarted with billing for the month of december 2007 wherein i was wrongly chrged in US $s for some internet uses. in good faith i claered the bill with dollar amounts. thereafter same amounts in exactly same sites continue to appear in my bills. i never used net for any forex amounts. my card is with me all the time. in any case if any one is using my card number with code, it can not be same ip address with exactly same amounts to the cents. i got a new card but still the problem continues. bank service is horried. i am cutting 3 ICICI cards and returning them as they are charging 30 % interest on disputed wrong billing plus 100 rupees per card service charges. i am extremely disgusted wityh the bank as even regd complaint letter to their chief complaints manager harshil mehta at hyderabad has drawn flak.
