recharge prepaid — less money credited
i purchased a recharge voucher for rs 510 on 18 may08. i had received a SMS to say that for 510 rs i will get 560 rs worth talk time. i received only 277rs talk time instead of rs 560. I complained in person to reliance mobile in sector 18 noida on 25 may. iwas promised by the executive that i will get the balance. nothing has happened till nowmy phone number is[protected]. my address is 1222 sector 37 noida. kindly have it resolved and i be given the balance talk time ofRs333 at the eariest

Prepaid — not recharge
when ever i recharge prepaid from my icici bank a/c it isnot recharged. i call coustmer care they told me to solved by it solved by vodafone store. so i gave comoplain to them but their reply is nothing. so what can i do?. my mobile no is [protected]. kindly solve this problem.
