ICICI Bank Ltd — NOT DELIVERED

I have not received the courier sent from my bank few days back with vide [protected]. Which you state as delivered to Ms. Latha, with contact no. [protected], this information was given to me by the customer care. I contacted her, who says has not received any courier for the past 2 months. who does not even stay in my address.

ICICI/ Credit Card — Withdrawal of complaint against ICICI Bank Limited

Dear Sir/ Madam,

On 15th May 2009, I, Alka Bedi, have lodged a complaint against ICICI Bank Limited for my credit card account No. [protected]. ICICI Bank have levied unnecessary financial charges such as interest charges, service tax, etc. on my credit card account.

It is bring to your kind notice that the ICICI Bank has reversed all the financial charges levied on my credit card account. Hence, I hereby withdraw my compalint against the bank.
