My below 2 transactions were failed due to some software issue in iMobile. dated 01/06/2013 each were of Rs 50. Request you to refund the amount.

refund — Refund for failed Transaction

I have booked tickets in IRCTC website to travel in HWH NDLS EXPRES(12323) journy date[protected], i booked tickets on[protected], but the payment transaction has failed and they showed some error in the server, but Rs718 has been deducted from my account and i didn't get any ticket from irctc,then i close that site and relogin irctc then i book my ticket. now what should i do to get my money back?

Both the transactions were Online recharge. The subscriber was Vodafone. Please get back to me on my above mentioned mobile num, in case of any query.
