[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — ECS Return Charges

My Account has been debited with around 5000/-, stating Ecsrtnchg 413 + GST. There is no intimation on the deduction over phone/message/mail. Why this much deductions???? Please help on this.

My account got debited 4 times in last 30 days with 462 ECSRTNCHG & 302 ECSRTNCHG, 107 ECSRTNCHG and 254ECSRTNCHG. 3 time got to 9 charge only mation GST without any info.. what is this actually, why this amount debited and didn't got text message about ii all time. I have been tired to your customer care but no response.

I am paying EMI regularly and my acoount debited every month on 7th for the last 5 years.For the first time I saw an amount of Rs.381.50 is debited in my bank account as ECSRTNCHGS charges for Oct 2018, eventhough sufficient balance was there in my account for clearance.This is absolutely swindling honest customer like me.I hereby request to reverse Rs.381.50 immediately and oblige.If not I will close my account with ICICI.I have given you time for one week to reverse the amount.

घटिया बैंक हे मेरी icici बैंक में दो लोन चल रही है कार लोन और पर्सनल लोन
मेरे लोन का ecs एक्सिस बैंक से 1 तारीख को लगता है मेरा एक्सिस बैंक का अकाउंट 09/12/18 को मैने अकाउंट close करवा दिया फिर मैने icici बैंक में सविंग अकाउंट खुलवाया और मैने कार loan का ecs icici बैंक से लगाने के लिए अकाउंट चेंजिंग फॉर्म मैने 16/12/18 तारीख को icici बैंक में एप्लिकेशन दी थी वो रिजेक्ट हो गई तो फिर मैने icici bank Mohan ni chal varachha road Surat ब्रांच में बात करके advance loan amount instalment 31/12/18 को cash भर दिया फिर भी 01/01/2019 को ecs लगा और return charge 590 + 590 लगा फिर मैने मोबाइल बैंकिंग में बात करी तो Icici बैंक अधिकारी ने मेरे 2 लोन अकाउंट मेसे 1 loan account का चार्ज रेवर्स करने के लिए बोला तो मैने मना कर दिया मुझे दोनों लोन अकाउंट का चेक बाउंस चार्ज रिवर्स चाहिए और चेक क्लियर भी चाहिए मैने दोनों अकाउंट में advance payment की है

My ICICI account got debited with 212/- "ECSRTNCHG230419_SR[protected]" - Why this amount debited and didn't got any text message related about it. Why this is happening????? What is this ECSRTNCHG actually??? Why it deducting from my account. Please mail to me on [protected]@gmail.com. My monthly spend is planed so, please try to not debit any amount from my account with any useless reasons. I am not that much rich. and i wish you credit back it in my account with days interest.

ICICI Bank is cheating customers, if you have any ECS wih ICICI Bank they are just keep on adding ECSRTN and debiting account without informing and without any reason. Please be very careful not to have any ECS with ICIC Bank
