[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — ECS Return Charges

Even my account deducted 262 and 150 ecs chg ...I need clarification about this, I feel like cheated, ...cheap bank earning by looting others money...feel. Bad to have this account

I see this is a common issue with tonnes of people, they too are facing this ecs charge on the account.
I had some charges on my account too under the description “ECSRTNCHGS300319_SR603***** 3GST” rounding to ₹389 another for ₹24 and for a fee more for ₹413 and similar charges with no explanations of these dedictions.

If this keeps on going i will be forced to go to an higher authority and will also close the account with ICICI bank and will regret using their services.
Please do look into it and refund the same

My ICICI Account got debited with 472 as ECSRTNCHG. Why it deducting from account. What is the mean of it ??

The above amount deducted from ICICI bank without intimation and this is first time observing this kind of transaction in my account. There was no consent of such dubious transaction from bank side. Need to know how it deducted due to ECS returned due to lack of fund on 10/11/2019. The last 2 days there was bank holiday due to this unable to deposit amount in bank. Need to consider the issue on priority for correction.
The other bank ECS date on 10/11/2019 but as per policy it should be consider after 11.AM (as discussed with local Bommanahalli ICICI Branch bank on next working day. But deducted amount as ECS cancellation charges at the same bank treated me as thief on part of ENS Not run during working time. The same Impacted my creditability on part default payment.

Kindly get solution for the same.

My ICICI Personal Account got debited 473/- 103 times in a single day without any intimation.

Even after clearing all my outstanding amount of my loans, it happened. Before clearing outstanding amount, I got a call from ICICI customer care people that if I clear outstanding amount and Bounce Charges, they will exclude my ECS amount of my previous months, but I was shocked they deducted 103 times almost 50, 000/- from my bank account and they are saying they cant revert back my amount as it is ecsrtn charges. Who will help me now.

My account has debited with ECSRTNCH 7 times as soon i get credit amount with this charge my account balance deducts and my account is zero no balance such a bad experience. Customer service is blocked unable to contact any one of the icici people more than 5000 has been debited from my account without informing. This seems to be a fraud or way to make the account holders fool by this kind of charges. I mostly go and file a complaint on the icici bank for this fraud. I'll make sure this bank is face the situation. I thought its me that i faced it but Here i can see do many of them are facing the same .

From lockdown 3 months I am paying ECSRTNCHGS don't know why every month I am paying my emi till now 5k they looted me ..

In this COVID19 lockdown, As per the RBI announcement no emi will pay for 3 months so I thought no amount I have to pay for 3 months that's the reason I didn't kept sufficient amount in my account. I got message from Fullerton money not paid.
Next day Immediately I deposit amount and paid in Fullerton mobile app. I paid Lone emi amount + penalty charges also. From last month[protected]. Money debiting from my account
Stop debiting money from my account & I want that money back refund required..

Sir, ECSRTNCH this type of money deduction issue resolved or not.please text me, sir. Because, my money RS.590 DIDUCTED

Am an icici bank customer. Today 05-01-21 ecsrtnchg charged 801 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.
