[Resolved] ICICI Bank Travel Card — Very Bad and Shameful Experience about ICICI Bank Travel Card- [protected] | |||
Dear Sir/ Madam, This is to inform you that I had purchased a "ICICI Bank Travel Card Corporate-[protected]" through one of your authorized agent in Rajouri Garden( West Delhi) against advance payment and dealer had charged the card fees...... It was a horrible and astonished experience for me that card doesn't work out in Hong Kong; it becomes a very shameful and bitter experience when my card get declines & the reason mentioned that the card is not activated or approved by bank authority......this is the way "YOU DEAL WITH UR CUSTOMERS". WHY YOU ARE QUOTING IN YOUR MAILS I.E "You would be happy to note that your ICICI Bank Travel Card 4731XXXXXXXX8733 is activated and the card is loaded with USD 200"........ this clear shows the consiparacy between your staff and the the dealer.....this the way you cheat with innocent people..... It is a very serious matter; who will bear the loss for 4 days for which avail this facility from INDIA. I sincerely demands the COMPENSATION FOR LAST 5 DAYS AS I FACE A REAL HUMILATION IN NEW COUNTRY FOR NOT HAVING A FOOD & ETC., I HAD A VERY SORRY & CUT FIGURE FOR ICICI BANK SO CALLED CUSTOMER FRIENDLY BANK. PLEASE REPLY IMMEDIATELY AND TAKE UP SOME URGENT FOLLOW UP WITH THE Dealer and the bank personal who has issued this card, otherwise I LEFT WITH NO CHOICE TO REPORT THIS CASE WITH MY LEGAL ADVISER AND LOCAL POLICE STATION TO TAKE UP THIS MATTER. looking forward a positve reply from your end & I NEED THE COMPENSATION FOR THE LOSS REGARDS Sunnil Murgai [protected]@gmail.com [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
