Same problem I am even facing as i moved in to saudi arabia i can not access to the internet banking, I am a forex trader but my money is stuck because of your funny rules of OTP as i am not able to register my saudi Mobile no .
Kindly help me out.

I am on overseas trip for long term and unable to use ICICI bank for transaction purpose. As per above comments from customers I am afraid to send letter to address mentioned by customer care, since my mobile number will not be updated by saying that signature did not match!!! I will waste my energy and money in sending overseas couriers.
Can you please let me know if I can send scanned signed copies( filled form, passport copy and any other proof you require) and my number can be updated.

I have sent letter to update my mobile number to the international one. Craziest thing happened is mobile number updated for SMS alerts for transactions but not the OTP service. I'm unable to access my phone banking as my debit card is blocked. I don't use my old number to generate new pin. I'm annoyed with the customer service been provided by ICICI. No response from customer care. I'm in London. I have to pay my EMI in India. I donno what to do now.

I am having the same problem.I recently moved to Sydney and my India number is no more active.Due to the reason of not being able to access OTP on my mobile, I am not able to do any transaction on my ICICI account.

I have now moved to UK and have already changed my UK number by sending all required documents through courier to ICICI Hyderabad office. It took 10 days for this process and the number to get updated. I was also receiving OTPs and transaction alerts. Unfortunately my mobile got stolen and I had to use a new UK number and I repeated the same process again to change the number with ICICI.This time I'm receiving transaction messages but not OTP.Have called customer care multiple times but the response is very poor.

in that they are included we are deducting the 500 from your a/c
before deduction i didn't recieved any confirmation msg regarding which way you are cutting the bal

I think it has changed for better now. If you are not already aware of this. ICICI has started OTP on call service too. Just make a call to them and they'll tell OTP after verification. I just talked to one customer representative and she told me this process. I have not checked it though, but i guess that ends our problem.

I am an ICICI Bank account holder with credit card since last 10 plus years. Currently am in NEpal and its very tough to handle online transactions and payment of credit card as OTP is required in maximum transactions.
Please arrange the possibility of sending the OTP in registered email id as in registered phone. Earlier it was done but now the process has been stopped.
pls suggest some simple process..
