[Resolved]  ICICI Credit Card Statement — NOT RECEIVED THE STATEMENT

Dear Sir,
Credit card number [protected] N.R.Rajagopal
I have not received the credit card statement for the month of July. So I contacted the customer service on phone number (Chennai[protected] on 23rd July and I was iformed that the same is under despatch.
As I have not received till 29th evening, I contacted once again the customer care number on 29th at 18.00 hrs and I was told that the same has been delivered on 19th and the security ( Mr Edwin) collected the letter. On checking with the security, catagorically denied having received the letter. Kindly send by post the cosignment note from the courier service and Mr edwin is ready to check for his signature. According to edwin, he avoids collecting letters from the courier and sign for the same. He directs he courier servie t deliver the letters to the appropriate flat.
So to verify as to whether the security at my aprtment complex has forgotten the receipt of the letter or your courier has wrongly delivered the letter, the consignment note is the only evidence. Kindly arrange to post the copy of the C/N.

In spite of repeated E-Mail I am yet to receive my credit card statement, nor there is any clear cut directive against submission of confirmation code.

I have dropped a cheque in ATM center for NOV. 10 payment on 11th, Nov. 2010, which is as normal process. This time I have used ATM center of my company BHARAT FORGE, PUNE. In the statement of DEC.10 I have received as SMS, the dropped cheque amount is not deducted. In fact it must be with penalty.If dropped cheque is not collected and received, why should I give penalty on balance amount.
