Dear Sir, I have submitted my PF withdrawal form on 18/12/08 and waiting for the PF Amount for the below given details PF NO. : MH 45493/2563 Account Holder: Prakash Ashok Company’s Name: ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co.Ltd I have applied for transfer of my PF a/c MH 45493/2563 (When I was working with ICICI Lombard) to KN/45248/01 (With SC Fulfil Services India Pvt Ltd) on 12th June 2007. Ever since I have been corresponding with concerned people in Bangalore to let me know the status of transfer. Every time I get a reply "Check with Mumbai RO". I even tried to contact my previous employers on this. Even their intervention with the PF RO there failed to get the work done. My last and final hope is you sir. Please assist me on this. I M ARUN PALIWAL I HAVE WORKED 16 MONTHS FOR ICICI LOMBARD GIC LTDAND I HAVE RESIGNED FROM COMPANY IN SEPT. 2008 AND I HAVE COMPLETED ALL MY FORMALITIES FOR PF IN AUG. 2009 AND NO REPLY CAME
AFTER TELEPHONE CONVERSATION I CAME TO KNOW THAT SOME DETAILS WERE NOT CLEAR DUE TO MY BANK ADDRESS SO I RESEND ANOTHER TIME ALL MY FORMALITIES WITH NEW BANK ACCOUNT ,ADDRESS WITH CANCELLATION CHEQUE IN MAY 2010 BUT NOW I BELIVE THEY ARE DELAYING ME AS PER HIM.SO I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY HELP ME TO TAKE AN IMMEDIATE ACTION .
