[Resolved]  ICICI Netbanking — ICICI Net Banking service disabled

i have my cc account in the bank of rajasthan ltd miller ganj ludhiana with net banking now bank merge in icici bank ltd
now our net banking not working .so please do the needfull to activate my net
banking.c/c a/c no[protected] gift auto industries

I am a ICICI customer since 2007. Since 1 year I could not use my account as I am out of the country. Now when I am trying to access my net banking, it is showing that login is disabled . I have tried to contact to customer care, but as I put my debit card number there, they says its not valid. I am not able to talk to a customer care representative even. How do I enable my net banking? Please help.

I was trying to update my mobile no. in ICICI net banking.

When I updated, it was not processed since it was validating for 10 digits to be typed as the new mobile no.

Since I am in Hong Kong, my contact no. consists of only 8 digits and hence I could not update my mobile no.

Please help sort out this as soon as possible.
