They initiate the process and checked by cibil data and inform me that i have an outstanding in my credit cards, but for your information i had pay my all over due bills on time to time. as i am attaching the proof and my personal detail.

With reference to your mail, we would like to inform you that the function of CIBIL is to collect, process and collate credit information of individuals/ companies/ firms/ entities and to provide credit information reports to our members. The Company acts as a repository of both positive and negative credit information, historical and current on the existing and potential borrowers of the credit grantors.

CIBIL cannot modify any information in the database without the concerned member confirming the same. We request you to ask your Bank to send us the updated data and we will upload the same onto our database. The changes will then get reflected on your Credit Report.
