[Resolved]  ICICIcredit Card — request to cancel my card

ICICI customer care - worst service. Not available all the time. Like to cancel the card but not able to reach their customer service. Tried for an hour. Feeling irritated.

Sir,
I was issued the credit card at zero joining fee. Despite of this the statement of joining fee has been sent. I informed the customer care telephonically and also informed through e-mails time to time. But the statements have been sent every month with penalty and no positive response was given. Therefore, i request you to cancel my credit card by waiving off all the amount, i.e. joining fee and penalties.

Hi Every one my name is manjunath. i have a icici credit card from last year i was cleared all my dues. For an amount of 400 rupees they charged 2000 rupees bill. I was cleared that amount on 14th august 2015 and i mentioned that cancel the card.After one year again they send a mail that you have due of 1100 rupees. If i ask customer care they are telling that you have due. What nonsence this icici bank service. I am requesting everybody if anyone have this waste icici card please cancel otherwise you will un-necessary you loose the amount
