[Resolved] ICICIcredit Card — Harrasment for no dues | |||
Hello, This is regarding threatning calls from ICICI Bank collections team (As stated by the officers calling) for payment of due's against my brothers credit card. Please note we do not stay with my brother since the last 5 years and have never agreed to or feel liable towards his debts. The officers calling threaten me, my wife about either making arrangements to pay or convince him (My brother) to make payment to avoid family embarrasment. My brother is unresponsive on this matter and i'm unable to convince him to make payments, however i don't feel i and my family should be harrased for this all day! the officers claim to be calling from Andheri MIDC branch and his name is Indrajeet (An extremely rude person). The numbers they call from are: [protected] +91 [protected] +91 [protected] +91 [protected] +91 [protected] My brothers name is Harsh Arora. I also tried calling the ICICI Bank customer care, however since i don't have any credit card the IVR doesn't connect me to anyone. I tried using their online complaint form, however the webpage gives an error after you submit the complaint. Appreciate your guidance in this regard. Dear Sir,
I would like to bring it to your notice that I am holding a gold visa credit card no. [protected] since 12/04 and have no outstanding payments of any purchases.
I have been sold ICICI Lombard on tele call on Feburary06 which I found poor response / services I requested to cancel the policy in Month of April 07 wherein I have been paying premium Feb. 06 to march 07. My regular request / reminder could not make any effect on your tele callers I have paid premium of 8000/- or more for the insurance but do not owe single rupee of credit services that’s why I am returning your card and request do not send me any bill / outstanding payment which I never enjoyed. I am sorry to say but you have lost a good customer due to your carelessness.

Dear sir,
this refer to your demand letter dated[protected].
1. please refer to my earlier letter dated 04/06/2009 reminder II/IV . sent to you, no action for clousre of my creditb card has been done sent by courier receipt no[protected] dated[protected] &[protected]. the late charge payments are being debited without referring to my closure intruction.
2. again in the month of 8-8-2009, requested me to pay the entire amount on giving the full facts on phone it was agreed not continue a/c but pay Rs. 240/- and account will be closed after reversing the interest / penality payments.
3. i have not used any services after May 2009 which also been intimated to your office and i am not liable to pay, this fact has been accepted by one of your phone caller, at delhi office, which can be confirmed from your person / records. it is amazing that the facts and conversation are totally different.
4. i am not interested to continue since May 20089, why these late payment charges are levied if no proper reply is received within seven days, i shall be forced to file case for harassment and mental agony, for which you shall be liable.

i have paid all dues amount on settellment agaisnt no dues certificate issued by icici bank. After paid amount why show dues amount on generate the new cr card statement .
