[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Not activating my PostPaid Sim
I had an idea prepaid connection for last 7 years, recently I got a call from some idea marketing executive, saying that my number has been shortlisted for postpaid conversion(i.e. same number but postpaid) . I went ahead with offer. This offer was offered to me on 9th June, on 10th June some executive came to me & gave me a postpaid sim. He also gave me some contact numbers to use in case of any problem with the sim or postpaid connection.
Postpaid sim hasn't got activated yet, that is even after 9 days.
Even my prepaid sim shows Inactive Sim, no one can call me & I can't call anyone.
I tried the phone no. which the idea executive gave me, they are not picking up. (picked up once & said rudely that relax, it takes time
Your prepaid customer care people says talk to post paid customer care & post paid customer care says they don't have any information on post-paid sim no.
