Idea Cellular — Block my outgoing call

I bought a new sim on 2nd September2009. My outgoing call had been blocked since 11th september and the company's employee disconnect my call when I tried to complain from my other number. My IDEA number is [protected]

My Idea Mobile number is [protected] ...on 31st october 2009, i have recharged my mobele with Rs 250 ( 250 talk time ...since then uptil now i am not been able use the number as Incoming and outgoing calls are not being materialised..i am not receiving any call nor i am able to call outside..what is the problem...? is there any local network problem? i am calling from Nashik ( maharashtra ) Please look in to the matter and restore my sevices immedeately.

Idea Cellular (Delhi) — Number allocation to others

Hi,
My idea prepaid connection "[protected]" of Delhi circle has been deactivated & allocated to someone else. The deactivation occurs in the 2nd week of Aug'09 and all the balance was forfeited. Once, I enquire, the customer care of Idea Cellulars are saying it's the non-usage of 6 months which caused this.
Well, I have the proof that I got my number recharged on 13/May/09 with Rs. 333.00. I used this number till the first week of June'09 for incoming & outgoing calls. And still, they simply deactivated it in Aug'09. I can't see the 6 months gap between Jun'09 and Aug'09.
Is there some law of this land (called India) which can make the culprit PAY?

Idea Cellular — Allocating my mobile number to another User

Hi,
This Complaint is against IDEA CELLULAR for allocating my existing number [protected] to another user without my knowledge.

I was using this number for the past 5-6 years. I went out of Delhi in December 208 for my job so since then I use this number once in 3-4 months.

My complaint here is that I used this number in March 2010 (end of month) and I got it recharged also. Recently I wanted to use this number again in July so I switched it on and found out that my SIM is not registered. On inquiring with IDEA CUSTOMER CARE I got to know that my number has been reallocated to some one else and the reason they are giving is that "You have not got your phone recharged for the past 6 months so we have re allocated it". I am sending them mails for the past 2 weeks asking them to send me the details of the policy, my last amount and time of recharge as a proof of the action they have taken but the only response I got from them is that you have not got it recharged so we reallocated it. I have not got any proof from them.

I know that the policy states that we have to get our phone recharged with Rs.200 in 6 months and I followed that. I remember that I got my phone recharged in Dec 2009 and again in March 2010 and the amount is greater that Rs.200 (+ some promotional offers like SMS pack etc).

Please help me out and take strict actions against IDEA as they have cheated on their customers who trusted them and used their services for years together.
