I had renewed my full talk time card on my mobile No. [protected] and by mistake I fed in wrong number 98 the amount of Rs. 234/- got added to some other customer account. Immediately I contacted idea showroom in Panaji-Goa, but I see that they did nothing to recover my money. Can you advise me the solution to this problem ? or should keep on loosing money in the same way ?
they cancelled my sim...due to incomplete submission of proofs as soon as i submitted too they didnot activate that sim this is not at all fair on well established idea company...my number is [protected] please activate it immediately sir...

Im using Idea mobile but the network is not available in the metro station . Its very bad and its affecting my businees and its taken my life too...need to have the idea mobile network in the metro as well whereas all other mobile network are avialable int the metro

I HAVE PURCHASE NEW MOBILE SIM CARD OF IDEA CELLULER IN 28TH AUG.
IT WAS REJECTED 2 TIMES FOR NO VALID REASONS.
AFTER PROVIDING ALL NECESSARY INFORMATION STILL IT IS NOT GET ACTIVITED.
I DONT KNOW WHEATHER AGENT IS PLAYING WITH ME OR SERVICE. PROVIDER.
RECOMMENDING STRONG ACTION ON THIS,
PL. FIND WHATS THE MATTER BEHIND IT OR IT IS FAKE NUMBER IS ALLOWTED TO ME.
i m a idea user since last one year, & my. no. [protected], that was a gold number, that was a postpaid connection till july 2010, & that was transfer to prepaid connection in july, have no problem & no issued from ur side, but unfortunately my no. services has been blocked from couple of days, i dont know why, pls chk the same, thks & rgds

sir i had resubmitted documents before 8 days with identity proof as a voter id card and also with pan card copy, but they r telling ID proof is incomplete. after giving pan card copy what i should give identity proof documents best proof other then PAN card.and also i had given voter id...because of this they barred all my incoming and out going calls .with messages.so i am telling idea service is worst cellular service in india... my number was [protected]...dont use idea use airtel or vadaphone...
Idea Cellular Company — Regarding Mobile number portability
Dear Sir / Madam,
This is to inform you that I am using Idea post paid cellular service currently and I want to move to Vodafone by using your portability service. There is no outstanding amount due from my side till the last bill that has been generated by Idea cellular service. But then also my request has been rejected by my current operator. Now, I want to tell you that I have also cleared my un-billed amount for the current month for which the bill has not been generated.
So, kindly help me to migrate my number to Vodafone before 4th February 2011 because after that my UPC code will get expired. My present Number is [protected].

i dont know whats happening with this idea cellular services, without any prior intimation the company activate ch 99 magazine services to my mobile number that is [protected] by which they deduct Rs.3 day by day, no fruitful response from customer care, customer care replies that the service activated by me from my number, plz help me, other wise i have to transfer my number into vodafone / airtel .last time customer care told me that they are not liable to listen our every problem, what kind of customer care they are i dont know, i m sure responsible authority also dont know whats the meaning of "customer care".
