Idea Cellular Ltd — repeatedly asking document for verification

I have already submitted the doucument twicely to company out lets. still they disconnected my connection. they are clarifing what is wrong so that i can correct my mistake. there is not a single call from company. I have submitted documents two days before again

I request them to provide me UPC id so that i can change my telecom service provider but they provide me wrong code i.e 252737. I gave this code to new provider they reject it & when i contact idea customer care they everythng is alright but providing no resolution. They menatally harassed me. pls provide me solution so that i can live in peace.

I have received a message on 15th May 2011, that IMS Bada Pack has been renewed at Rs.100/- for four months. On enquiry I talked to RAJAN on 15th May itself and I have been told that request was pending since 5th Janaury 2011, and same has been activated today.

It is very disgusting and does not speak good of service providers like idea who are spending such good amounts on advertisement through Print as well as Television media.

I categorically deny any such request and expect you to look into the matter and take corrective action including cancellation of service and credit the refund in my account.
