Hi,

it's in my name and the address is H no[protected]/B/95/1, MADINA COLONY, Falaknuma post. HYDERABAD. 500053

I have lost the mobile and I am sure that it has been taken by one of known persons. And the number is currently being used

It would be very kind of you if you can forward the call details(Incoming & Outgoing) to my mail Id for the Periood of 1st OCTOBER TO 15Th OCTOBER.

Hi, My name is Krishna P Shetty. My idea mobile number is [protected] and the account number is (1.[protected] I want to submit this complaint with the unethical kind of behavior that I received from Idea customer service department.

I have been an Idea customer for more than a year now and have always made my monthly payments on time. I have got 2 accounts with them. Last month I received a bill of 1,658/- Rs from Ideal cellular ltd for my number mentioned above. Unfortunately I lost my mobile in the train and hence lost my USIM(sim card) as well. I went to the idea store in malad(w) and took a replacement sim card and made a payment of Rs 1,000/- in the first week of April itself against the bill that I received of Rs 1,658/-

My payment due date was the 16/04/2010. However due to some financial constraints I couldn't pay the remaining balance of Rs 658/ on the due date and hence they suspended my services for non-payment of bill on time. However, I made an online payment of Rs 650/- on the 21st of April from my wife's account. But when I called up Idea customer service to activate my line they reverted back saying that I haven't made any payment.

Than they told me that it takes 48 hrs for the payment to reflect on the account and they activated my line saying that if the payment doesn't reflects that it will be disconnected. I dont know how this is possible when the payment has been taken from the account and its still doesn't reflects even after 48-72 hrs. I was shocked to know that these people suspended my services again saying that the payment is not reflecting in our system and they would need the transaction ID to trace the payment. I told my wife to call her bank and take the transaction ID and pass it on to me. I called Idea customer services again and gave them the transaction ID[protected] but than they again insulted me saying it doesn't make any difference and line will be activated only after the payment reflects in our system.

I was so disappointed with this kind of situation they put me in as i m d only person who earns for my family and because of this kind of negligence shown towards me I have lost a lot of important calls from the share brokers due to which i have suffered loss of more than Rs 15,000/-.

I again made a payment of Rs 658/- from my personal bank account on the 1st of May 2010 but still they have not activated my line. I am writing this complaint with a hope that I will get justice for the blunder that Idea has created in my life. They have traumatized me by calling me a lier and would like you take some strict actions with regards to the same. I also seek a compensation for all the inconvenience they have caused me. My services are still barred but incase if you wanna get in touch with me than you can call [protected].

Hoping for the needful to be done.
I have not acivated any dailer tone service on my mobile number [protected]. But Idea Cellular Ltd have charged me Rs. 15 and Rs. 30 for this 02/05/2010 and 03/05/2010 resp. I have spoken in customer care sevice of Idea Cellular Ltd 3 times but in first 2 attempt they disconnect my call and in third they have denied to pay back the deducted amount. Please provide the solution of my problem to get back the deducted amount.

Idea Cellular Ltd — low service standards

As I had lost my mobile, I lost my Sim card along with it. I wanted to continue with the same number so I got a new SIM card with same mobile number from Idea Paud road branch. I was told that it would start in 2 hours. As it did not start, I called Customer care of Idea cellular. The representative told me that I need to go to Paud road branch again and get it activated again from there as they did not send proper request. Next day I went their again and again I was told that it will start in an hour but it didn't again. So I called Customer care again and I was told that it will start by the evening, but it didn't. So I called the Customer care again they kept me on hold for 22 mins and then disconnected the call. I called them again but no one gave me a resolution and again kept me on hold for 15 mins and disconnected the call. I even mailed their complaint registration email id two times but my card did not start. However I am being charged for the same and till date but my card did not start. Connection details:

Idea Cellular Ltd — wrong billing for sms

Sir,
It is informed that I have been charged for sending sms to idea no. [protected] done my nokia handset in menu option as alleged by co. I ve charged same in my two connections No. [protected] & [protected]. I asked co. to send me details of text messages sent by me & services provided by such messages for which I have been charged @Rs.3/- per message. Am I a fool to send 40-50 sms on this no. in a single day. Co.is just cheating customers. The modus oprandi of co.seems to send lot of promo messages to new customers, who due to disturbance press stop or any key without listening to messages which may say to press any key to get services. Customer not knowing the modus operandi of co. get trapped in unethical practice of co. & get over charged for sms he had never done manually.We even asked co. not to disturb us & stop promotional messages immediately. But even after lapse of 45 days messages are still coming to cheat us more.I want immediate action & refund of such wrong charges.
