I am highly frustrated by Idea. Idea activated me a service named CH99 magazine without my permission.When i called to customercare they are not writting my complain.I got to know from them that they had activated me service on 31/12/2010. and it kept on renewing by itself.For everyday it deducted 3rs from my balance.When my exams got over i called to customer care and asked to refund my 200rs back which they had deducted for this unwanted service but they did not write my complain also. I also want to say that i have asked for DND service but still i am getting disturbed during my studies by their telemarketing calls and sms.I want my 200rs back from Idea

Idea Cellular Ltd — Charged without activation of service

I have not acivated any Voice Chat service on my mobile number [protected]. But Idea Cellular Ltd have charged me Rs. 15 resp. I have spoken in customer care sevice of Idea Cellular Ltd first attempt they have denied to pay back the deducted amount. Please provide the solution of my problem to get back the deducted amount.And this executive try to prove that i am laier, he told me that, this amount will be charge at 9.00 am and he will send me confirmation message in my mobile no, please believe me that i have not receive any message till time for this service. I told her but she was denied this and he told me that please check your inbox.
She told me that she is- Piyali( Sr. Executive)

So i tell you that, either i cancel this sim or please return my amount.

i am using idea prepaid number ( [protected] ) ...before activate 5 Rs internet plain for one day my balance was Rs 35.something on the date of 3/7/2011 time 00:15 AM, the service will activated after 3.30 AM ...then my balence was Rs 28.something
then again i will got sms at 9.47 am ( in morning ) for intenet activated... immediately i check my balance they will charge 5 Rs agai on same day ...my balence go to Rs 23.748...
i have spoken i customer care service so many time but first 2 attempt they talk to me ...
first call Rimpy pick my call i told about my rong deducted amount for same day she told me it will refund back to you i sead no...they cut my call then i make it again to 198 then Neha will pick my call i ask again ...she also cut my call after that i tried again and again they put in hold ( customer executive, customer service booth are making fool innocent people and they have no sence of way talking in decent way. )...
plz provide the solution of my problem to get back the deducted amount.

Idea Cellular Ltd — Bill Dispute

The billing charges being applied by Idea Cellular Ltd are having some conflicts which I do not agree.

May be it is a company policy but customer should not be charged wrongly due to wrong policies.

I have activated GPRS plan of Rs 98 per month rental for 2GB free usage on 25th July 2011.

But the usage done on 25th july 2011 was chargeable which is not correct.

Benefit of this plan started 26th midnight onwards, which is not ethical and company or any representative

of the company has not informed me like this before usage.

I would like to give an example over here, if person goes to any shop for purchasing any product say SOAP.

He will simply give the money to shopkeeper and take a soap with him immediately.


Like above example, I would like to tell that

CUSTOMER SHOULD GET THE BENEFIT OF THE PLAN AS SOON AS IT IS ACTIVATED, HERE IDEA HAS CHARGED RENTAL FOR THE DAY 25TH JULY BUT RELATED BENEFIT WAS GIVEN 26TH ONWARDS WHICH IS NOT CORRECT.

This should be taken seriously.

Idea Cellular Ltd — DISCONNECTION WITH OUT VALID REASON AND COMPENSATION

Dear sir,

SIMCARD NUMBER : [protected](idea)-A PREPAID CONNECTION.


I have submitted two times the documentory evidance of my resirential evidance(BSNL LANDLINE),identity (PAN CARD/EMPLOYER I.D.OF A NATIONALISED BANK)etc.,

vide your receipt number 0922560 dated : 1/12/2010 and 0733413 dated 23/05/2011..In spite of acccepting the documents by your hyderabad centre opp: lalbahadur stadium., hyderabad., the connection was again cut off ON 3.06.2011 informing i should submit the docs again. this is not acceptable. i may proceed to TRAI OR CONSUMER FORUM.

2. HOW CAN AUDITORS/TRAI REJECT MY DOCS WHEN IT IS CHECKED BY YOUR STAFF AND IS IN ORDER.

3. I spoke on help-line [protected] on 08/06/2011 ta 1.55 pm , who could not help me out.

4.How many times I should submit my docs ? how many times Idea would cut-off my cell phone connection.


5. PLEASE RESTORE MY CELL CONNECTION IMMEDIATELY.

6. MY OUTGOING/INCOMING CALLS WERE BLOCKED FROM 15.07.2011, ON WHAT GROUNDS ? IDEA HAS NO RIGHT TO BLOCK IT, I AM ALSO GETTING MESSAGES TO SUBMIT PAPERS AGAIN, WHICH IS NOT CORRECT. I EXPLAINED IN DETAIL THAT I HAVE SUBMITTED MY PAPERS TWICE.

7. PLEASE PROVIDE ME A COMPENSATION OF Rs.100000/- FOR THE TORTURE/FATIGUE/IRRITATION/DISCOMFORT MADE TO ME BY IDEA WITH IN 30 DAYS.
