Ref : Your Final demand Letter for A/C no. 1.10763145, Mob. No. [protected] dated March 07,2009.

Dear Sir,
This has with reference to your above demand letter for the services you have provided me vide agreement between us, I would like to inform your esteemed self that I had agreed to pay the monthly bills for the services provided to me but not an extortion money that you can demand from me against the said agreement.

Please be informed that I was given with a billing cycle of 7th of every month and I had paid the December,09 month bill as per the commitment and due date. Whereas service to my cell was disconnected on 15ht December,09 and again restarted on 23rd December,09 while I was in roaming at UP and again disconnected in the first week of January,09 for the reason best known to you.

I would also like to inform your esteemed self that it was me who sent his own staff to your service centre for the aforesaid discrepancy in service as I was facing great losses due to non communication during the roaming period, but I am sorry to say that your systems are still to develop and are very primitive to take care of the customer grievance and I was left unanswered at that time.

It was me who called to your customer care number and asked to convert the said cell number to postpaid and get your dues if any from me at first but again I was left unresolved.

Even when I was contacted by your representatives I asked them for the same but again I was left unanswered.

Now as I have received your notice of recovery, I would like to ask you that who will be responsible for the delay from your side and losses to me due to non connectivity and defamation to me due to disconnection of my cell number?

I deny that I have not paid the dues upon the demands and requestrs of your executives rather I say that when I was contacted by your representatives I requested them to resolve this matter at the earliest.

I shall also request you to resolve this matter at the earliest and expect from your learned self to not to put me to some unfair expenses.

Now, I also say that as you have demanded interest from me I call upon you to pay me the compensation for my defamation and sufferings within seven days else I shall move to consumer forum to get this matter resolved.

I hope you understand the gravity of the situation and take the necessary action.
