Idea Cellular Ltd — Cheat with client - IDEA Cellular - Company is creating issue for me. (Complain)

Dear Madam/Sir,

I, Dipen V shah, am using IDEA cellular facility. My Mobile no. [protected].

I have received SMS form IDEA company(IY-55456) on Dated 11/02/2010 & time 05:18 pm, SMS regarding Dialer Tone. I put here the SMS for your infomation.

SMS :: Dialer Tone will be activated in 24 hrs. DEKHO DEKHO JAANAM copied from [protected] has been set as ur DT. Charges: Rs.15/song & Rs.30 monthly rental.

I am very surprised when I call to IDEA Customer care at dated 11/02/2010 time 05/31pm, & talk with executive Ms. Dipula Jadhav. She told me that The Dialer Tone was activated by me dated 11/02/2010 & time 03:08 pm. I told her that I am not call to [protected] on date 11/02/2010, but she is not accepted.
She was again & again told me that our system is right, our system is right.

what is this!!!!!!! It means I am wrong.

When I ask the complain Ref No., She told me that I am not giving any type of Complain no.

I am very surprised by Idea Cellular co., This company are creating the issue because this is second time. In past, this type of issue creating by company.

I want deactivated the dialer tone facility & no charges are debited in my account from company and also want company is not creating issue in future.

I am also want IDEA Company send mt the Dial list of 11/02/2010 with time and contact no.

We have been an idea sibscriber for almost 2 years now. We have also subscribed to DND.

Until now, we never had any reason to complain. But, since the past week, there have been SMSs from idea and no sooner than i opened it, the messsage said congrats for participating in some xyz competition at the charge of Rs 5 per day!!! My son has already lost 20 rupees. he gets a limited amount to spend on his mobile and why should we lose money like this where we have no control.

if we contact their customer service, the charge is 50 ps per 3 min out of which half the time is spent in reachin the right person and then answering his questions before we begin to register our complaint, its almost 3 mins.

what I have to complain is that the money is being deducted without the consent of hte user. we are given no chance to refuse. this must not happen.

Please help. i am sure there must be plenty such users like me.

Idea Cellular Ltd — Incorrect Charges

My Name is Satyendra Kumar Agarwal, My idea Phone Number is [protected]. This is a postpaid connection.

I have been charged double monthly charge for GPS Service (Rs. 150) on invoice dated Feb 02, 2010. I have made a complaint at Customer Care on 4th Feb, 2010, Complaint Number is 95507971. But the complaint was rejected due to incorrect heading selected by customer care representative. I made numerious calls but not received any help!!!.

Nothing happened. Again I raise a complaint on Mar 4, 2010 (complaint number[protected] but still the issue has not been resolved by idea cellular. When it comes to taking money, Idea Cellular Charge the customer instantly, but when it comes to resolving the billing issue they do not care the customer.

I need help as I am being harrased by Mobile Service Provider (Idea Cellular Ltd) and getting no help regarding the billing issue.

Incorrect Charges
My Name is Gautam Saxenal, My idea Phone Number is [protected]. This is a prepaid connection.

I have been charged everyday 20 rupees for internet service on dated Feb 24, 2010. I have made a complaint at Customer Care on 25th Feb, 2010, Complaint Number is SN NO. 1-[protected]. But the complaint was rejected due to incorrect heading selected by customer care representative. I made numerious calls and talk to customer care representative but not received any help!!!.

Nothing happened. Again I raise a complaint on Mar 3, 2010 (complaint number SN NO.1-[protected]) but still the issue has not been resolved by idea cellular.
Once again I raise a complaint on March 5, 2010 when my balance is deduct then customer care reprasentative told me after 24 hours your problem will solve every times customer care representatives told me but next day my balance become deduct.
