[Resolved]  Idea Cellular Madhya Pradesh — Promotional Calls Inspite of Registering for DND.

with out my permission Rs 30 deducted from my balance on a/c of dialertone facilitynt Pl check this and cradit the amount in my balance my mobile no is [protected]

my idea nu.is +91 [protected] and the billing of my nu.is not properly from last few month so plsz. recheak my account properly and infome me on my cell nu.+91 [protected]

Idea Cellular — I am Registered under D&D but still getting promotional calls from the service provider.

I am the postpaid Customer of the IDEA, My mobile no. [protected]. I have registered this number under DND scheme on 10th September 2009, with Ref. ID[protected] but still I am receiving promotional call regularly.


I am getting the promotional calls from following No.

Idea Prepaid — paid msgs inspite of msg pack activation

my no. is [protected].

it has been one week since i activated my message pack n still i am bearing charges for the messages i send. i have been calling the customer care regularly for this since last week but they always request to wait for 24 hours. even after waiting for the said time, there is no effect on the service & messages are still being charged for.

the compliant is not being considered at all. company says that there is some technical problem but refuse to tell how much time will they take to solve this problem. such negligence on part of the company is causing a lot of inconvenience to the customers. it is a sort of cheating the customers.

they say the balance will be reimbursed but 2 weeks ago also this problem was there & my balance was not reimbursed.

there is an urgent need to look into this matter by the concerned authorities.

My idea number is +91 [protected] ... I got call from your services to activate the LOVE TIPS on my account and i have denied for that .
Today i got a messages " congrats you have renewed for Love Tips pack for just Rs 30 for 28 days. To de-act dial Toll free 155223 ".
What is this if You have called to customer how many times, and if he denied for those service you will activate service by your own, because you have rights to do any things with customer account .
Today i have called to customer care and talk to "Devendra and other one" but they had not respond properly.

Please Try to support and satisfied you customer by your service by his wish not forcefully.

Please accept my complain and return my balance.

& GPRS UNINTERRUPTED.
AS U GOT A BULK OF COMPLAINTS REGARDING CHETING ON MANIPAL PLAN U DID CORRECTION ON 10/MIN PAISE ISSUE SOLVED.

GPRS WAS AVAILIABLE OF 49 PLAN UNINTERRUPTED ON ROAMIN(AS A USER I NEED IT )
SEE EVERY COMPANOES SUPPORT IT ..

I am also facing DND problem with the MPCG circle of Idea cellular. I have been facing this problem for the past 4 years. I have informed the nodal office of Idea Cellular MPCG region. I have been given august 10, 2010 as the last date for solving the complaint. I have also suffered a lot from their arrogant and unprofessional attitute. Infact on my visit to Mumbai 2 years back I had also informed the customer service head of Idea cellular Ltd.
I am waiting for august 10, 2010. In mean time if any of the customers, who have suffered from the unprofessional attitute of the idea cellular employees, wish to contact me they can do so by emailing me at [protected]@ymail.com.

I am agree with it Idea company is making fool of customers without requesting for any service they are on their own activating the Service and while complaining they are just saying that you have requested for that service.
Idea cellular Company is a fraud company if it be done again i will break all my idea nos. whether it be Postpaid or prepaid and in future i will not recommend of my friends or relative to get their service.

Hi this is Ashwath my mobile no of idea is [protected].
I have called to customer care no 198 might be on Saturday or sunday around 7pm. I had to wait in the IVR for 20 min then one of the executive took the call and dropped with in a min while making the complaint. I have been facing the same service since from the connection taken. This is the way you value the customer ! this is the service u r providing . I though reliance is the very worst in customer service. Now i come to know you are the most worst service provider in the telecom world . Have u called to airtel or the vodafone C C ever. See the difference. I couldnt express my concern to CC . How much time i have to waste for that, I should wait in the ivr for 20 mins if your executive is disconnecting the call wt the use of that customer care. Why should i stay in your network . give the proceedure of Mobile number portability option i will change the operator. I you couldnot solve this issue i wont stay with you., Contact me, if required, before 2 pm

On 17 April Rs 49/- was deducted for any (my music 49 ) service in my account.Rs. 49 rs. talktime is deduct in my account .despite complaining to idea customer care, .This is unfair as i do not use these services nor have subscribed for it..my contact no. is [protected] ...

Dear sir,
An unfair deduction of Rs 180 (about) has been made on dated 16/02/12
at night on internet charging, although i have already using Rs 149
internet pack. Also on dated 09/02/12 and 12/02/12 same kind of
deduction of Rs 250 and Rs 60 (appox) respectivily has been made.
Kindly resolve the probelms and refund me the same.
