On dated 14/06/15 and 18/06/15, my balance has deducted by Rs34 on both day, we have not done any call, plz clarify and refund my balance. other wise I will go forward.

I Mr Manoj Maruti More Using Idea Sim Num [protected] From Last 9 Month Instead Of Registering The Mobile number for Dnd Activation Then also i am Receving Calls For VAS & Fun Pack & This Pack Are Being Activated without pressing any key & receving an sms for deduction of Rs 10 for 7 days For masti pack After Calling customer care after 5min they dont have the detail for the same & ask to call back after 2 hour doing the same after calling they Says that its not their mistake u must have press the key & pack is being activated they cant do any thing & no deactivation or reversal is there. After disconnection of call tried Calling on the customer care number get voice message that all the executive are busy at the moment call after sometime
this is to notify you dat i am using idea number([protected]).on 23.07.10 there is around 75 rs has been deducted from my account.when i queried about this matter from customer care, they said that i used the idea VALUE ADDED SERVICE. but i cross check this thing later and find out that i had not used such service.that is a mistake by idea.so it is to inform please rectify this matter.either i have to stop using your services and recomend evry one plz do not use idea celluler service.

On 2nd of August a Service Executive called in my No. and told me about the offer of 100 minutes free for all calls and also about the Idea to Idea 10 p/min.
He told that it was free as being a valuable customer but a Balance Of Rs. 71 got deducted from my account without any notification which is a kind of CHEATING with the consumer.
On giving a call to complain my call was forwarded to the senior executive but no one turned up the call and i kept on calling for nearly 30 minutes and i didn't got any answer.

my mobile no. is [protected]. idea cellular debiited my 20 rs. for idea music station,,they did'nt inform me about that. they call me and deduct my balance and says that you have given the respose then we duduct...i never gives the response..and they done it twice...this is not fare...
hi Pritesh from goa.i have vadafone card i never suffer any problem with this card. i have gone for chennai i have gone idea dealer in Annanagar East . i asked i want buy a card what is requirements. he told me one photo copy licence proof PAN card and one local residence no. i have given all this documents card is activated for 4 days and then blocked. i have visited same dealer again and told so so happen, he told me company address cannot be accepted, i told me give your address activated card for 45 days only . he agreed i taken his mobile no. i have shifted to 100kms away to Arokanam still card is block i try to call him he not receiving call. i have given coplaints to coustomer care. till there no problem solved. so all my indian dont go for IDEA network really worst they dont care customer.

i have recharged my mobile number +91 [protected] on november 16,2010 at around 7:30 pm of rupees 111,
the rechare is successful and message received from idea cellular that the recharge is successful, the balance received was 99.91 something.
after 20 minutes i have recharged my mobile number +91 [protected] of rupees 99 for gprs package of 1 month. the message is received that your account is successfully recharged with rs 99 and account balance is 99.91(because of previous recharge).
after that i have used gprs service something 5mb...
but today on 17 november 8 am, i have checked my balance and it displayed that your balance is 41.81.....
how they can do this to me...
being gentle, i call 198 which is for register complain, a lady said that you have to call 12345 then 1 then 2 for last deductions of call/sms or other transections.
i have done that, in proof i have that message in my inbox , it displayed that your deduction in your balance is for which you have used gprs service at 21:57,21:58 and 22:pm,
after that i have once again called 198 that i have already recharged my account with gprs package then how they can deduct rupees from balance..... the lady replied please call to 12345 and then press 9 for talk with customer executive...
i have done that they ask that you will be charged 0.50 rupees for 3 minutes, press 1 to confirm,
i have pressed 1 for confirmation and then no one receive my call only the hold music have been played then after i end call because no one attended my call, the message displayed that you have been charged rs 0.50 for last call, this thing happened 3 times and the total deduction of rs 1.50 is added to the previous deduction from 99.91 to 41.81 and then after 1.50 it is 40.31....
now tell me what can i do .....

On 11/03/2012 Monday Idea Cellular company suddenly deducted balance of Rs. 40/- from my account. When I call to customer care regarding this matter they simply refuse my complaint by informing me that i have downloaded some contents, but in my knowledge and beliefs i did not download any contents and no such message came on my mobile. So, kindly lodge my complaints against Idea Cellular and force them to refund my balance.

i am using idea mobile sim last 2.6 years and last few days unusual balance deduction done by the provider while i am not using the service explained by them.
i have deduct 124 RS. for mobile tv on 10.02.2012 and 50 RS. for downloading from technozone. but i have not avail these service

Dialer tone was activated by saying free for 3 months on monday at 9.52 and soon after a minute i recieved a message at 9.53 on monday I have subscribed for dialer tone and it was activated and my Rs 199 got deducted from my account. since i am a student its a huge amount of money to me. I called up even the senior executive but he is telling me to go by their way.
I am not happy with this since all my years i have been using idea and never it happen to me like this.
kindly refund my balance and take back the offers. this is cheating because not even a gap of 24 hours has been followed. Please consider this as a serious issue because I have trust in your image and I can understand some miss communication but this looks like a trick to make money and i dont know how many ignorant people have become prey to your offers like this
Once again kindly do the necessay changes.

The main balance has been deduced without any notification.They have given a reason for deduction of balance for the net usage even though there is internet pack activated they have deduced the currency from main balance.I have recharged for 251 rs internet pack and they have sent me the activated internet pack msg and now they have deducted from main balance.
I request you to refund my deduced balance.

The idea cellular has deducted 45 rupees from my mobile number [protected] for VAS service.but i have not activated the service
