[Resolved]  Idea Customer Care — i kamal arora complaint against idea customer care mobile no [protected]

Hi my name is nitin shinde and my no. is [protected]. please check my records that i am there with idea for 3 years in a big season of competition for you where every customer is important, so why looking or adding new customer do that also but atleast dont spill the bucket you are carrying that means lossing your existing customer. I also work in the customer oriented company, but i know what i have to do with my frustated customers if they log a complaint against our product or service, but i atleast try and retain my customers. the problem for me is, my money is continuosly getting deducted from my account from last 3-4 months after i visisted a site called tashan.com just once. but after that after every 10 days my 20rs get deducted automatically saying your subscribstion fees, i had newer suscribed to that site, ok but then i unsubscribed it got a sms that it is unsubscribed but the very next day a sms came saying your account has been reactivated and the fees for the same is 20 rs, i have lost almost 400-500 rs for that, i complained about the same at your cust care.but they didn't replied good, ok then i did this for thrice, but no response.then i decided that i will port my number and take a new service, but again idea didn't allowed me to do the same. so guys please suggest me or do something about that as unnecessarily money is lost and neither i am using that site, also that sites advertisement was done by idea at the starting therefore i logged in,

I HAVE NOT GIVEN ANY REQUESTION FOR ACTIVATION.BUT YOU HAVE DEDECTED MY RUPEES.I SPOKE TO CUSTOMER CARE MR.KIRAN BUT HE HAS NOT GIVEN ANY SATISFACTORY ANSWER AND DISCONNECTED MY PHONE.KINDLY TAKE ACTION AND REFUND MY AMOUNT.

Idea Prepaid — non stoppage of caller tune and news subscription

i had send request for stopping the news and caller tune services on my number [protected]. i had also spoken to customer care in july but no action was taken. i want these services to stop and suitable legal action to be taken agaist the culprits.
