I HAVE LOST MY SCRACH CARD'S NO.I HAVE THE SERIEL NO.BUT DID'NT MY HELP.

Idea Prepaid — Disturbing By Unnecessary Calls

Daily How many times you will cal to me...U people are thinking tat others wont have any work or not...Early mornings and mid nights U people are making calls then at that time wat we have to think...I[censored] again do unnecessary calls again I vil put a case on U or I vil change my services i[censored] disturb any more...Mind it...

Idea Prepaid — Services stopped

Services to my mobile no.[protected] have been stopped from 18/08/2009 from evening. The reason the Idea people mention that since the mobile is not recharges for more than 6 month, the services have stopped and now I have to compulsorily recharge by Rs.200/-. As on today the balance on my account is Rs.118.30 paise and I do not see the necessary to recharge it by Rs.200/-. I had mentioned that if necessary I shall recharge it by Rs.50/- but not more than that.

Now the Customer Care people say that if you go for a lifetime service than it is compulsory to recharge by Rs.200/-. after every 6 months. If I would have been aware of it, I would not have done my last recharge of Rs.222/- but only would have recharged by Rs.50/-. Atleast by doing so my services would not have been stopped.

It is rediculous that you stop the services without informing the person.

Only BIG advertisement of TALK WHEN YOU WALK - internal system of Idea is a BIG failure.

I am a prepaid mobile costener of Idea celluler compney Pvt. Ltd. I purchased my sim card ( [protected])on 8th June, 2009. Till 8th Auguest, 2009 I was getting call and sms on this mobile. Then suddenly they had disconnected my mobile. So, I went to costmer care, they said that you had not done any out going call so we had disconected yr mobile. Its not fair. At least he should call me and should say this thing before disconnecting my mobile. Then costmer care person said: " Do recharge of Rs. 200. I will activate yr mobile". After recharge, i got connection only for few minutes. How can I do immediately an out going call in these few minutes?. So, they had again disconnected my mobile. I again went to costmer care person. Now they are saying that " You had not submited your documents ( that I had already submited while purchasing this sim card) and not filled the registration form ( that I had also filled at the time of purchase of sim card) thats why we had cut your mobile."
Without documents and registration, can Idea compney start my mobile connection?
So, please do needfull and help me in activation of my mobile conection.

Idea Prepaid (Ap) — overcharge

Hello sir
in last 19/07/09 when i make a call on +[protected] then only 1 pulse charge is 50/-deduct my account, when i ased about it to custmor care then he told me that you are making a call on iland, but next time he said we don't no about this country and no information about this call, i call 6 time to custmor care but he doesn't satisfay me.and i am recorded all the call conversion thats the proof of his mistake, but they don't accept it.
