Dear Sir,

I am very dissapointing with the services of your company. I was activated with a wake up service without my knowledge and I got an SMS that the service was activated successfully. I was deducted Rs. 30 towards the same. On checking with the customer service, they apologised for the same and asked us to de activate by sending an SMS for that further Rs. 3 was deducted. The customer service said that there is no way we can do anything for the refund and the application was opening. I tried calling the customer service but got he same reply. Please take this on priority and refund the money.

Idea Prepaid Life Time Scheme — unwanted reduction from balance amount

i have changed my idea mobile service from post paid to prepaid life time scheme and recharged Rs. 126 with STD tarrif boucher . my phone no is [protected]. on 20 th july a dial tone was received without any request with deduction of rs 14 and further Rs 15.when i complained at local idea service provider, got no responce . again i recharged with Rs 100 and got balance of Rs 88. on 04 aug. Rs 30 was deducted from my balance with a sms ` your dilar tone subscription has been renewed`
Please handle the matter seriously and take corrective action to refund my illegal deductions.
