hi my name is vikram my cell number is [protected] on 21 september i receive a call from idea customer executive miss sheena if i recharge immediately Rs.26 you will get life time validity so i rechage immediate but i cant get the life time valadity. now customer call executive tell me u r not eligible and diny this kind of information. he not give me right information and misguide me. please tell me how i take any action aaginst it.

4.11.2009 at 5.31 AM Mr. NIKHIL replied that recharge of Rs.1000 is not avlble. why ? reply- No
facility is avalble. You ( customer ) may go for recharge for less than Rs.500/- As I am not
convinced the line was transferred to Big Head- Mr. James...He could not convince me as
to what the scheme is ? On the contrary voice of Nikhil and James Big Head was
identical why I have not properly inquired before selecting the scheme. Any way but to
get reed of from me, he advised me to take steps as suggested and lastly I am there
where I was ! THIS IS CHAKRAVYUH. WHO WILL JOIN ME WITH ME FOR THIS ? YOU
MAY ALSO BE VICTIM.
