[Resolved]  Idea Prepaid — I need my call details

dear all,
i mr ulhas r jadhav bearing mobile no [protected] has taken a new idea connection but without any intimation or request my no is disconnected saying the gold no charges rs 5000/-.I do have the gold no charges as policy with me which does not contain such mobile no has charges of rs 5000/- this is completely unprofessional attitude from idea cellular, i will come up with this complaint in lower court also and sue the company for mental harrasment.After that when i had called the call centre 12345 my mobile no was recactivated and again deactivated without any intimation 2nd time, i am very upset towards such a behaviour .my alt ctc no [protected].

I have made full & final payments of outstanding bill vide receipt no. 10447408 dt. 29/01/2008 during personal visit of your Mr Irfan. it was mutally agreed & written on receipt " Pl. note all other amount due for late payment is to be waived off . No payment due as on date". while making payments of Rs. 4600/-.
Now again I am getting phone calls from you to deposite further amount of late payments. i have been badly harshed by your caller.
Kindly close the issue.

Mobile Connection / Idea Cellular — Irregularity in the month's bill

I had an add on card (199rs month rent) on my idea connection which I stopped in June 08 by giving a written application in kothrud branch in Pune. Card was used for the 3-4 days in the billing month but still I deposited the whole bill amount. but in next month I still got the bill on that closed account which I reported to customer care immediately. They assured me to correct the problem and told to adjust the probelm and revert the money immediately. but next month again the problem was same and every time they showed pending bill amount on my account & I was traumised by Idea for non payment of pending bill. I visited the branch and they again assured me to stop this false bill in my account.

But in oct 08 I was surprised to see the monthly rental bill as per plan of 140Rs per month. Again I visited the branch they told me that they are reverting the amount, but still this hassale is going on and I am being penalised for pending amount every month.

My dialer tone has not being changed yet, i tried twice, more than 24 hours are over

maine idea ka 150 internet plan le rakha hai.main jab panjab gya to maine internet ka use kiya tha to wo free hona chahiye tha but mera bill main internet use ka bill add ho kar aaya hai. maine idea costomer care main complaint ki to unhone mujhse thik se baat nahi ki or mujhe bill dena pada...
