I had recently purchased a new connection Number i.e. [protected] on 08/05/20009 a plan called SUPER PLAN (Rs.250/- P.M.) by gave a check of Rs.- 500/-in Favour of FONE ZONE, Fountain Chock, Pitam Pura, New Delhi (Idea Showroom) exicutive named Jyoti as she said, but till now this number has not been activated and there is not any further information given by Your exicutive regarding activation.so plz take speacial attention towards this matter as urgent bases and activate my number as soojn as possible. Idea — PREPAID

MY NAME IS NAVET AND MY IDEA MOBILE NUMBER IS [protected].I RECEIVED CALL FROM IDEA CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE REGARDING IDEA INTERNET POWER PLAN.I TOLD THE CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE NOT TO ACTIVATE THAT PLAN ON MY CELL.BUT ON 11/MAY WITH RS 100 BUT AFTER SOMETIME I CHECKED MY BALANCE IT WAS DEDUCTED WITH RS 53.WHEN I CHECKED WITH THEM THEY TOLD THAT INTERNET POWER PLAN IS ACTIVATED ON MY NUMBER.AFTER THAT I CALLED ANOTHER IDEA NUMBER AND I HARDLY SPOKED FOR ONE MINUTES BUT THEY DEDUCTED RS 25 FROM MY ACCOUNT.AND AFTER THAT AGAIN THEY DEDUCTED MONEY WITHOUT ANY REASON.CAN U LOOK IN THIS MATTER

i, ve recieved massage of IPL package deduction from Balance.After Discussion with customer care (Ms alka) [protected], Response was, u have received a phone call at 6.50 p.m. on date 9.5.09.but When i checked my receiving calls, No calls confirmation Given from my Phone .Again Discussed With customer care (mr.varun), Told me u have given confirmation on Message .When i asked for record, he said Soorry .When i Asked him to, Give me Other senior person.he told me Address of Mohan Nagar Industrial Area & told there is no Landline or mobile phone or No name of Person to connect .U've to go physically & discuss.
This is 2nd time earlier, In same way Idea music package deducted& no Response from IDEA.

I got an SMS on 29th April 2009, Showing that, There is Rs 62 worth Idea to Idea local calls valid upto 10 days and Rs 88.66 TT with a flexi recharge of Rs 100, I rechaged for the same in the same day itself.
But I didn't get the Idea to Idea offer talk time even after 17 days...Registered many complaints, but no solution

Thanx to the Idea cellular nodal officer, My complaint solved within an hour after I called the nodal officer, Ernakulam, Kerala.

Idea Prepaid — NASTY CALLS

I HAVE GOT A LOT OF NASTY & THREAT CALLS FROM MOBILE NO [protected] FOR LAST 7 DAYS ON MY LAND LINE NUMBER . I TRIED TO APPROACH TO IDEA CUSTOMER CARE CELL AND GOT FEED BACK TO LODGE FIR AGAINST THE SAID MOBILE. I HAVE MADE FIR. BUT I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST YOU TO GIVE ME DETAILS OF THIS ID .
